We’ve been slowly working out some issues with Billy’s 55 Chevy. We started out with a less than stellar showing at Sick Week. Broken rocker arms, throwing belts, fouled plugs, fuel system problems, and a terrible drive train vibration.
We have a brand new Prototype 4 circuit ATM INNOVATION 1050 Dominator Carburetor that we have been working with and we have been making changes to ignition timing as well as suspension.
Can the 55 go 9’s ON MOTOR?
Watch as “The Old Man” works his magic without a lap top, dyno, or even an 02 sensor or air fuel ratio gauge.

Being able to make the journey with your family has been great. From SRC and the S10 through OMG and Gene 2. I have enjoyed very much. Thank you all for the hard work and memories!

@edwardroles9943 they said he couldn't keep his nose clean and wasn't reliable and they need someone reliable seeing they have so many cars that NEED to be running for the channels to work and make them money!
Shouldn' bad mouth Kenny Powers,, he was a valuable member of the team back when the Old Man's Garage got started. If (and it seems it did) the channel grew away from Kenny's being able to keep up,, well that sometimes happens. We miss him and his Wife and surely do hope he gets what ever got in his way taken care of. Who knows, perhaps one day Kenny Powers and his Wife will be able to rejoin the SRC family.
KFP was the only one doing work around that place for bit of time. And yet some viewers could only focus on him always smoking. From where I’m standing, he was the only person getting things done back then. I hope he’s okay myself.
It`s nice to have friends like Mark who trusts you with a key to his kingdom. Good to see Wix filters on his shelf. Bucko never makes mistakes, and donkeys can fly.🤣 I love how the lady from Mark`s was busting Bucko`s balls.😁 Can`t wait to see the vids from SRC and Gen2. Stay safe all, God Bless.

Bill, just want you to know how much I enjoy your videos. I lost my daddy almost 3 years ago and it’s uncanny how much you remind me of him. Your patience with others, knowledge you possess and are able to teach is a gift. We built a black ‘55 Chevy 210 post together several years ago. It is my most prized possession and will never leave my shop. It has a 400 sbc with 3 deuces and a 4 speed. I’m from Kentucky and maybe one day we will run into to each other and can cruise them around together!

Bill back in the 70s and 80s I had a 66 chevelle that on good days would run 12.0s and it was my daily so i can't imagine having a upper 9 second street car and for Tanner to run a 127 60ft and Billy running upper 9s you all never seize to amaze me you all are the best street racing family on KZhead you always teach others, help people in need just an all around awesome entertainment thanks for all you do for the sport. He got me started at a very young age. Handing him tools,nuts and bolts when I was 3 yrs old. Always spent my summer vacation at his shop. I'm 53 now and wouldn't have had it any other way. Keep up the great work.
wish my dad had the ambition like you, hes had this 70 nova since i was a little kid, its painted nice and has a brand new 383. interior is finished and he just wont tinker with it. really wanna see both of us enjoying both of our novas this year. maybe ill get him watching your vids and hell get the kick he needs. forsure does for me!

That flatbed is one hell of a truck. I had a black one just like it. Had blue striping on it. I like the color of yours better but it was one hell of a truck! I pulled ALOT of trailers with ALOT of diffrent equipment on em and it was never bogged down and never struggled. I worked in the oilfield so you can imagine the shit i put mine through and it just worked. Always! I miss that thing. I sold it to a welder friend of mine that wanted to build a solid oilfield rig. I has retired so I didn’t need it anymore but i still miss it.
I like watching your videos you guys are awesome people and I understand the married part and helping the kids and the 55 is sounds Sweet and can't wait to see you working on the Monte Carlo and good luck and be safe and God bless you guys
