Crusader Kings 2 is one of the most realistic and entertaining simulators of medieval feudal life for the lords and ladys of the time. Today we sit down with The Spiffing Brit attempting the Child Only Challenge for CK2 . The rules are simple have as many children as possible in the shortest amount of time!   • I remember licking out and getting the immortal event on my first character. He was a Norseman, which meant 1 wife, 3 concubines, (and because nothing crazy can kill him) 5 lovers. The decision was very clear, my lands would become a trade republic and my army of sons would go forth and establish 40+ trade posts within the first 2 generations. This was also on 1/3 trade post limit. It was insane.

  • I'm currently playing the game of thrones mod for CK2 for Aegon's conquest. Long story short I played as Aegon for like 10 months cuz he got a scratch while on vacation and died so I had to play his half-brother Orys Baratheon, (he's actually Orys Targaryen now cuz I had to legitimize him) he's been ruling for 29 years and I have 37 children with 9 different women with one of them being my wife, and his half-sister, and 7 of those women are pregnant again. I have so many kids from the ages of 26 all the way down to 1 that I've been able to betroth 3 of my grandkids to 3 of my kids, needless to say this family tree is going to be a circle with like two and a half branches sticking out.

  • This is a great thing about CK2, you never have to let your line die if you just sleep with every woman you can find. So what if everyone hates you for cuckolding them, you have a son AKA an extra life! I have done this a few times, great fun. Glad to see Spiff doing this. CK2 needs more tea though, maybe a mod could be made to give more tea for Spiff to acquire in CK2.
