Cake in 15 minutes! The famous cake that drives the world crazy! Better than apple pie. Incredibly tasty and fast! It's so delicious that I cook it almost every day! The family loved this delicious cake. Everyone ate in 5 minutes and asked for more. Incredibly quick and easy cake! This cake is even tastier than the famous Royal Cake and Napoleon Cake! Epic cake recipe!
1 egg.
50 grams of sugar.
15 grams of vanilla sugar.
15 grams of cornstarch.
250ml milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Leave to cool to room temperature.
2 eggs.
100 grams of sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Beat until fluffy for 3-4 minutes.
100ml milk.
50 ml vegetable oil.
220 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Pear in syrup 300 grams.
27*18cm mold with baking paper.
Place the piping bag in a glass and pour in the cold pudding.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Powdered sugar.

  • Hello, thank you for this wonderful recipe. I remember my German aunt making this cake so was excited to try it. Being in America, translating measurements was a challenge but glad my kitchen scale does grams. I had to put my oven at 350°f as it's preset for 25° increments, so 338°f wasn't an option so I just shortened time. Next time I'm going to double the pudding cream recipe as I used a 10" round it was closest to your size in a springform pan that I have. Can't wait to also try your almond one! God Bless

    • @@ruthgilchrist6617 some people keep a jar of sugar with a vanilla pod in, you can flavour sugar with vanilla extract/paste or i replaced it with light brown sugar, I hope this helps.

  • Vielen Dank aus Magdeburg für dieses Rezept. Super lecker. Habe beim 2. Mal Kokosraspel statt gemahlener Mandeln verwendet. Und statt der Mandelblätchen 1 Eßlöffel Kokosflocken mit1/2 EL Zucker vermischt und aufgestreut. Ebenfalls ssehr lecker geworden.

  • Mir gefällt dieses Video sehr gut 👍 so kann man die einzelnen Schritte sehen. Perfekt für Backanfänger und schön für geübte Bäcker. Eine Frage hätte ich aber noch - das Backen im Ofen bei 170 Grad. Ist diese Angabe für Heißluft oder für Ober/Unterhitze?
