Go to expressvpn.com/xiaomanyc and find out how you can get 3 months of ExpressVPN free! I went to my favorite Qing Lotus Spa in NYC the other day and the massage therapist gave me a really deep massage, including fire cupping, back walking, deep tissue massage, and Thai stretching. Ask for an ear picker. There's various kinds. Just gingerly probe & scrape your ear. Be careful NOT to poke your ear drum.

  • I have a bad lower back and neck after spending decades working in front of a computer. I would feel the benefit of this. Must be better than strong painkillers.

    • I'm in physical therapy right now for a lower back injury. My first priority after discharge from the hospital was to get off the damn opioid painkillers. That shit is pure poison as far as I'm concerned. My physical therapist starts each session with lower back massage to loosen muscles up for the stretches and exercises that follow, then each session ends with moist heat and TENS electro-stim for 10 minutes. When I went into the hospital, I literally could not even stand up. They had to carry me to the ambulance on a backboard. 2 months of PT later, I'm at 100% and stronger than I was before I got hurt. No meds needed for weeks and weeks now.

    • @@dionh70 Exactly! People fail to realize that most Medications are temporary treatments NOT cures! Massage therapy, chiropractic practices, herbs are cure techniques. This is one of the reasons they are NOT included on medical insurance plans, they will put pharmaceuticals out of business 12:16 ! Yet, people will be more healthy! What a shame!
