People dont lose hope im 13 ( 14 in a month) an i have been doing stretching exercices for like 8 days strethes and also listening to subliminals in this 8 days I've grown 2cm almost an inch and my goal is 30 days so i have a lot of progress to do before i was 5,4.7(164) and now im 5,5.5(166) almost 5,6 so keep going i dont know if they are my genetics because my father i short 160 and my mother is 167 tall for a woman, my granda and my uncles are tall maybe thats why but holy sh1t im growing so do't lose hope and keep going it make take some time to grow and ive also been sleeping like 9-10 hours drinking alot of water eating alot and doing excercise, aim also black and i wanna get 5,7-5,8 so i will keep you updated.

Hey it's been a month, any update?
My posture is a lot better from the first week forward. Not gonna lie, I skipped a lot of days, but every time I do this, I feel better going towards the day. I don't know if I'm taller, but I feel that if I kept going, by now I would have maintained a better posture for days, and maybe I gained 1cm without being consistent. But keep going, be consistent, do not go at it and stop doing these like I did.

Hello i'm starting today this routine, i'm 18 years old, i just thought i was taller always thought i was about 5'9 (1,75 m) but no i'm actualy 5'8 (1,72 m) i always was insecure about my height, in school i was always the shortest kid from the friend group and i always wanted to be taller i will try to do this now every day and i will update if i see any change. April 25, 2023 (day 1): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'8(1,72 m) Weight: 125 lbs (56,7 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) My dad is 5'10, my mom is 4'11 first time doing this exercise, still around 1,72 to 1,72,5 m (5'8) nothing change much i will try to do this everyday and will update in may, 1. Well, first update is finally may, 1 in my country i have so many things i want to say, well first i just skipped 1 day cuz i got a test and i had to study and didn't have time to stretch but for the last 4 days i have been doing these exercises everyday so this is my "stats" right now. May 1, 2023 (day 4): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'8 (1,73m) Weight: 128 lbs (58,1 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) Well first i wanna say im trying to get 60kg (132 lbs) too, and i was bulking a bit this days, I'm trying to eat a lot more and exercise, I'm drinking a lot more water, getting much more sun light, and im trying to improve my sleep, today i got much more sleep than the usual i slept for about 8 hours today in every other days i got about 6 hours sleep because of school. So about my height, i improved about 0,5/1cm, i think that for 4 days is a lot ngl that is about 0,2/0,5 inches, and i rly got 5'9 tho but only with shoes, I've seen some changes playing sports, like playing voleyball, probably was because i had a bad posture or something before but when i was in my PE class, i was able to catch the ball a lot higher than my usual, i felt much better about my height because of that haha, well I'm gonna continue doing this exercises for this all month and see what happen, with this 4 days I've noticed some changes but this can be because I've a really bad posture and because I now do these exercises more regularly, these exercises may be causing me to have better posture and gain a few inches in the process, well lets see what happen if i continue doing this for this month i hope at least i get 5'9 without shoes ahah. February 27th Age: 16 Height: 5’10.5 Weight: 176lbs Target: 6’1 Mom is 5 foot 3 Dad is 6 foot 3 Doing this twice daily along with additional stretching in the shower and whenever I happen to go swimming. I may seem on the heavier end for my weight and height, but a lot more of that is muscle than you would expect. Been going to the gym for 7 months and am more active than most teens in my age. And I grew one and a half inch , Bear in mind I am 17 My height I measured 2 months ago was 5'7 , i but I wasn't consistent due to a busy schedule.. but still it definitely improved my posture a lot. I did another stretching exercise follow along as well. Please reply to remind me to update. (My parents aren't that tall btw. , Mom is 5'5" and dad is 5'9") February 11 , 2023 : 5'8" March 1 2023 : 5'8" (Not much changed but I was VERY inconsistent , I'll try to be more consistent and update next month) April 1 2023 : 5'8" and a half (close to 5'9") So same thing , although stopped at the end of the month but I will start again and be more consistent but this month I was more consistent than the previous one. So yes I have grown , about half an inch. Which is a lot to be honest in just one month. I will start being way more consistent this month and update next month. May 1 2023 : 5'9" even on a bad day 😳 (5'10" and a half with shoes on) June 1 : Not that much of a difference , still 5'9" (inconsistent again 😭 , because of exams. After exams I'll be consistent) I'm close to my desired height not gonna lie , it could be genetics wonders because I'm still 17 so my growth plates might still be open but who knows. I'll update on December since growing takes time but hey this genuinely works I don't know if it's genetics but this DEFINITELY worked cause I started growing when I started doing this stretch, and I didn't only do this stretching tutorial I also did deadhangs , rope skipping and basically jumping in place for 5 minutes as well. So yes do as many stretches you can. And you'll see the updates. I’ve been doing height exercises each morning and if I keep doing them, I can grow and grow so I am going to keep on doing it, thanks guys, update coming next September! Day 4: 18th January 2024 I’ve been doing this for forever now. I measured my self at the doctors a few months back and I’ve grown to how tall I said I wanted to grow which is 5’4. My 14th Birthday is in 18 days so I hope I’ll have another growth spurt. My first big growth (which may or may not be a growth spurt, idk) was when I grew from 4’11 to 5’2 when I was 12, so hopefully maybe I’ll have another one!
You're 13 , you have a lot of time to grow , you could grow till 6ft or even more if you keep at it buddy.

Drink milk and get a lot of sleep. Also, do exercises that involves jumping, running, or stretching. Avoid lifting heavy weights.

I'm doing it everyday not to increase height but for my satisfaction that I tried to do something to increase my height... Cause regret hurts more than anything....

So , if your growth is same to me and your growth plates haven't fused... I hitted pubert late , if you too have hitted it late then you would end probably b/w 5'10 to 6'0....
