@@KingLemon the weapons I'm not as fussed at cause I'm only on NG+1, but this means I can't reroll the cone I have ;-; I hope they fix this, because it was never mentioned in the notes that the trinkets would be affected

grounded's damage formula won't let an attack be reduced to lower than 25%. 2 damage resist trinkets already gets you to that limit, rendering all other sources useless. With t3 lvl 9 bulky heavy armour as well as all the other buffs, you can get extremely close to the max damage resist with only one trinket. It's much more effective to replace the other with life steal which will allow you to facetank forever.
I pretty sure due to these new things specifically, the new lowest you can get to is 11%!
@@dannyboiii4858 Even if that were true, I would still take life steal in exchange for damage resist. That being said where or how did you find that 11% is the new minimum damage?

Life steal trinket with the highest DPS set up against whatever you're hitting. In built life steal weapons are fake news.
Once you’ve got a Damage Resist Infused Weapon and a Damage Resist Trinket, you’ll take the minimum damage. This is due to something called Minimum Guaranteed Damage (MGD). According to the Grounded Wiki, the MGD is 25% of received damage, and it can become lesser by upgrading armor. This brings it down to about 11% MGD. The reason I bring this up is because once you have both an Infused Weapon and a Trinket with Damage Resist, you should be reducing 100% Damage, but the MGD of ~11% makes you resist ~89% Damage. Simple math shows that 50% + 50% > 89%, meaning you only need two 50% Damage Resist Effects to have the full reduction. This is based on what I believe, and I think that the damage resist is additive like Flat Defense or Max Health, and not multiplicative like Sizzle Protection or Junior/Veteran Diver.
What are the console commands for spawning in the tier 4 weapons? Or what cheat did you use to spawn them?
I’m in new game+2 and the black widow armor is broken. You can kill wasp queen & brood with no heals, just barely needing to parry. Mantis isn’t so easy because there are no adds, but any normal fight, or boss fight with adds is a piece of cake. The healing affect is bonkers

For Multiplayer Tank: Roly Poly Armor for the Setbonus, perfect Trinkt would be: Defence, Lifesteal and Major Threat/Element up Best.

You should try a fist build. I know they've nerfed it into the ground, but i kinda want to see how it would fair against smth like a infused inf broodmother
I already got the burg.l charm and duped it and got the damage resist I'm lucky I guess
Hmm maybe with lifesteal or stmh. but just all in on defense seems to only draw fights out a long time and use up alot of healing items..

Listen everyone find a infused enemy that has a high rate for a trinket and just save before looting it then you can just load that save

I don't understand why they didn't' add more levels to armor like they did the weapons?
it wouldn't help much though, what kills you in ng+ are explosions and candy effects, which are not affected by armour
@@anfo2469and? They could simply make it so armor lessens the damage done from elemental and explosive attacks. They had a great idea with NG+ along with some cool new shit and utterly failed by trying to make the game as difficult as possible.
I take about the same amount of dmg with any other equipment 😅

The bugs health gets more and more and the infused bugs gets tanker and more mutation buffs like spicy staff

Man if this is New Game Plus 1 and the insects get more health and more damage each new game with how much damage he was doing to the Mantis that's bull crap
if you used the thorns mutation i wonder if it would kill the boss for you
The thorns damage would be little to none as the damage you take is then reflected back
this is like none NG+ mild
i can't wait for them to nerf this after and make the game borderline unplayable again
I don't know what you're talking about the games already borderline unplayable I don't imagine me getting past very many new game pluses I'll probably drop the game before then

Since the game gets harder and harder each New Game Plus and I already have a hard time defeating the bosses I'm probably not going to play this game that much longer and it annoys the hell out of me that I have to lower the difficulty down to mild can't even play the game on medium like I usually do😡
If you have 100% DR from two trinkets, why do you need anything more? Something not right with the stats and numbers. And how do rock this build if you had to cheat to get it to this point? Not practical.
