By 40k standards, this was a hugely successful battle with below average casualties.
If there's someone left to tell the tale and more than one left to confirm said tale, the battle was too easy.
True. All that Xeno scum died from ordinary weapon fire, I have not seen even _one_ drowning in the blood of Guardsmen.

One mistake in all the videos. The defenders are always built in equal lines to the full depth of the defense. As a result, the attackers, having a multiple number, bypass the flanks. (yes, it didn't help them this time, but that's one time) What prevents the defenders from being placed in radial lines: there are fewer on the shore, more deep into the defense - in the shape of a rainbow. It is advisable to rest the flanks against the shore or impassable obstacles. Then there will really be a head-on battle. Or come up with some tactics. It is more interesting to place troops on the battlefield. It doesn't matter to me how many millions of threads the author has set in the settings - I want to see a beautiful battle. Even if there are small armies there.

Also, notice no reloading or using the weapons as blunt force when engaged close combat and empty mag, on top of the fact that the preds were decloaked and not using energy weapons. The aliens, no acid blood so they couldn't just wash over and then as they die melt and kill more. A very base simulation.

I would also add that there needs to be change in the defender priority, why are tanks shooting behind them when there are so few attackers, they should all be focusing their attacks to the same focal point, or to the greatest area of attacker density.

Realistically, Genestealers would have seriously degraded the command structure, and subverted some of the troops long before the actual invasion.
The AI for the artillery had to nerf its effective range, or else the artillery could have been taking out landing craft before they could land.

Standard 220kt would clean all of them up..

I think the Samurai might be a little overpowered. They seemed to outperform the jedi .....
IMO, you should have just needed Jedi to clean them all with almost no casualties...
need 10x more jedi and samurai next time...

I was there man, remember when the friendly fired hit me way before the aliens landed, I played dead under a pile of corpses for the rest of the battle. The music was sick tho
I was Medic there, not much help, so I climb up the tree and stay silent there till the end.

I’ve lost many good friends in this battle, some of which weren’t even human. It was hard telling their families of their demise.😔 Telling them how their beloved sons was ripped apart by the Predators right before my eyes and then what were left of them was immediately gobbled up by zombies. We never forget what they have given their lives for.😢
I personally knew two of the Jedis and they help me recruited into the troop. I can never repay them. They were good mens, due to their teachings, both were bachelors, true patriot, RIP @neolord50pro77 Some of the fallen friends have girlfriends...right ? They will be lonely, need comforting I guess.
I was fishing on the beach when my line got stuck on a reef or something. At first I was thankful all these people and creatures showed up, thinking they were going to help, but no, they got too busy with their battle, and so I went home. What's the matter with people these days anyhow? Don't they like fish?

Samurai pushing them all the wayback to the beach was epic. Using the nukes to kill a large group of aliens and having the samurai move up each time won it.

Could be cool to have statistics on each unit type in the end of video. Clusters wasn't bad, but I bet samurai guys took the most. I wish there could be more mods to clash against each other something like whole different empires & units from different universes, Like Mechwarrior Mechs, Terminator's T1000, WH40k Marines against Hogward's, Overwatch & twitch pool streamers.

Only reason why the Jedi line fell was the command issue to advance way past their position. Other then that, that line would of lasted way longer, and possibly not fallen.

There should be a friendly fire amendment added I feel. As that would add to the games evolution rather than detract. And a little auto strategy...as in AIs for both sides. As the flanks of the defending armies need reinforcement as they are always first to fall. Some strategical retreat would be an interesting amendment too I feel. Otherwise...the format is developing nicely. Can't wait to see what it evolves into in a few years.
With the rise of ai application we can probably get better and more creative ai to fight against soon. In the past, bot/ai will just dominate human through ungodly reaction speed and action per minute. However, balancing between fun and impossible to win is definitely hard to grasp. Maybe ai that will calculate the player battle/power level and automatically assign a suitable difficulty level will be game changing.
The global military, the jedi, and the samurai joining forces to fight an alien, predator, zombie apocalypse is the coolest thing ever.
I was there when they attacked Proxima Centauri B. Tyranids came in pods and hit our shores. During that time, I was doing a tour on the God forsaken planet, as commander of the 21st battalion, 28th mechanized division, 187th planetary garrison army. As soon as we realized we were under siege, every radio frequency was flooded with frantic commands and reports. Soon enough we were losing ground, and I remembered seeing my comrades fall one by one, as they were slain by the foul beasts. Neither blades nor bullets had much effect on the monsters unless weak points were penetrated. Evacuation transport came and I retreated to the back lines with half of my battalion missing. We staged a final stand a few hours later, with orbital bombardment from the 44th dreadnought strike group providing support. The aftermath? Over 2 million casualties along with me returning to my wife and kids on Sol IV missing two fingers and my left ear. I'll never forget that day.
It’s strange that the missiles that the humans fire at the aliens won’t affect humans. How come all the gunman shooting all those bullets behind the samurai not kill any of them but pass right through them strange but still a nice battle.

I really wanted to see the missles to do some real damage, but once i saw how slow they were firing, i knew they were doomed lol.

Yes - they SUCK. Rate of fire is silly. What are those big orange fireballs that do NOTHING but disappear? Started okay but turned into crap.
@@Steinbacker4001 You don't see it easily, but they have a small smoke looking explosion. And then a radius of enemies falls over, dead. Unlike the Cluster missiles, which fling a shower or corpses into the air. It's harder to see and so easy to miss, but if you pay attention you can see the circle of aliens just fall flat after the orange ball goes out.

At the beginning there, good to see Kravchenko's Wrath. Those twin 205mm cannons will lay waste to just about any tank on the field.

All I could hear when in my head as I’m seeing the first shots of the attacking force collide with the first line of defenders threw all the gun fire and blood was… “Let the bodies hit the floor. Let the bodies hit the * ding ding * FLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRR!!!!!!!”
I don't about anyone else, but I'm starving after seeing this! It would be cool if some modder made a zerg invasion of Tarsonis. All the classic units.
Imagine a primitive space battle like this... predators, aliens and zombie all loose their tech as they get to earth, but they have vast numbers... society would unite real fast

All the referneces to 40k and whatnot...this is essentially what people think it would be. A 155mm shell has a 50m lethal radius. There's cluster munitions. One Anti-personnel cluster bomb can drop 2000 sub-munitions over an area of hundreds of metres. There's anti-armour cluster munitions too for tougher xenos that'll drop hundreds of sub-munitions that can penetrate several inches of armour. Nevermind near-future guided cluster munitions/drones/bullets. High power lasers that just cut down anything in line of sight. These wave tactics would be annihilated rapidly.

Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 has probably one of the most efficient Game Engine that efficiently utilizes the CPU, Memory, and GPU, GPU is the main part for sure but I remember back in the day when the first Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator was in BETA and it blew our minds with the onscreen population and they explained how creative they got with the resources available, I used to try and bring my system to a screeching halt 1 FPS and Error but they did it better than any game available, The Black Masses was their followup and was built on the same engine and was more of an actual FPS game and battle among thousands populating the screen at ground level, UEBS II was the next Level Up, Incredible to think what comes next and with the use of AI, There is no Limit
Wow... a SEA of ALIENS. Even if you remove the PREDATORS, even with all the firepower and soldiers... I still wouldn't be confident.
In the film industry, predators are intelligent beings... So no way to kill them like this D

Or friendly fire, also the amount of lead being sprayed at the invading group should've caused that melee advance to completely recede from existence to the point where there wouldn't even be any melee combat. Certain concessions were made to keep this interesting. Samurai and jedi shouldn't even have been relevant. Also there were some questionable defense tactics where the defending army turned good defensive chokepoints into bad offensive deathtraps.
The scale of this is just.. unimaginably gigantic. UEBS was one thing. This is Smashingly Enormous Battles.
i remember "simulating" big battles in stronghold crusader extreme like 10-15 years ago, this is so much bigger lol

I know it is just for fun, but the xenomorphs' acid blood would have ended so many more defenders' personnel and tanks, the Jedi would have cut each other to ribbons, friendly fire would have cut the defending force in half, and the samurai killed more enemies than all of the guns combined. If we're gonna lean into the nerd factor let's lean into the nerd factor.

The Jedi would never fall and thered be no drama if they were kept on defense and not made to push out. but the drama is what makes people watch the whole video i guess.
The aliens should have face huggers to impregnate the the other army. This would spawn more xenomorphs as the battle progressed!

Why are the defensive positions so close to the landing area? Why not have a mile or two of mine fields and hit the landing parties with missiles and artillery at a great distance? Why not make them pay at a distance? This seemed like the weakest possible defense one could mount, while ignoring the natural land contours and advantages. The artillery, missiles and tanks should have devastated the landing before it ever got to the infantry soldiers.

also place alot off metal deposits on the back end off the fields so the SC1+exp commanders and place crystals as gassvents so SC2 COmmanders can build aswhell while the other army that is alrdy standing defend them befor the forces can reach the building commanders i whanna see iff that could be possible in UEB2

This is how all wars should be fought. Each side has a set number of short range weapons systems and as many troops as they can muster. We could even start with a set region that every country must use, say a hundred square miles so that tactics could be implemented. If a particular government does little to overthrow rouge factions or terrorism in its own borders, the next planned war will happen within that country.
How much friendly-fire do you want? Yes...
