INGREDIENTS :
BRINJAL - 300 GM
EDIBLE OIL - TO FRY + 2 TABLESPOON
POTATO (MEDIUM) - 4, PEELED
ONION (MEDIUM) - 4, CHOPPED INTO RINGS AND INNER PART FINELY CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
FENNEL SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
SALT - 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED + 2, SPLIT IN HALF
GARLIC - 5 CLOVES
GINGER - 1 INCH
ROASTED PEANUT - 2 TABLESPOON
DESICCATED COCONUT - 2 TABLESPOON
TAMARIND - 1 TABLESPOON (SOAKED)
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
