Welcome to a new mini series on the channel and welcome to better minecraft! I've been meaning to come back to this modpack ever since making the 100 days in better minecraft video and now seems like the perfect time to do it!
In this first chill episode we do a bit of exploring around our new world so see what sort of biomes and structures better minecraft has to offer! We also throw up or first building, a starter castle, complete with a storage room and space to expand into new unexplored minecraft mods! I really am in love with the new better minecraft starter base!

I don't know how 46 minutes could go by so fast. So awesome you manage to just casually build a frickin' CASTLE the first episode! Very excited to see more from this world! A miniseries sound too... mini. This modded world needs proper exploration!

My recommendation to add to this modpack: Sophisticated Backpacks for your next upload because they are hands down the best. Best space, upgrades and all. Will always have them in my games.
Could also go with the Dank as well. Incredibly useful for stacking common blocks like dirt and cobblestone
Sophisticated Backpacks is Forge, and Blockdown is playing on Fabric
@ I should have guessed lol a lot of Minetubers seem to use Fabric.

Only you would make a castle as your starter house. I am not disappointed. It looks amazing. I love the stained glass. I wish we had this mechanic in vanilla. In fact, a lot of mechanics you used should be vanilla. It just makes sense.
You can actually build shelves for wines and i also recommend collecting pots and pans to build a kitchen

I really like the pace and commentary in the video, these are the type of mods i love the most where it's just vanilla with extra stuff! The only thing i didn't like was the Echo effect you added to your voice in the cave. Cute detail but it became a little annoying to listen to
