    • He had the most dominant stretch ever, but Ronnie has sustained his play over a much longer period of time and against tougher competition, so I'd put Ronnie #1 and Stephen #2.

    • @@PaulPaul-et2zm It depends how you define greatest of all time. Does Judd have the most talent ever? Maybe, but he doesn't have the accomplishments (yet) of someone like Hendry or Davis. He may get there, but for now he wouldn't be in the top 5. Other factors are impact/innovation on the game, and box office draw, both of which I think Trump lags in compared to past greats. Nevertheless Trump is also one of my favourites to watch and he may get to #1 or 2 one day as he's still so young.

  • Always had the impression Hendry was up tight and standoffish when he was playing. Seeing a few of these vids now have totally changed that perception. Seems like a really nice guy, calm, patient, warm. Fair play to Matty for asking so many questions and tapping into that knowledge

    • In most sports, the ones who seem standoffish are usually the best ones outside of their sport. You have to be able to switch between competitive mode and relaxed mode and people like Stephen do that so well

  • Love these type of videos Stephen. As an avid amateur (i stress the word amateur!) snooker player, I’ve learnt a great deal watching your videos and have had some success adding them to my game. Question though, have you considered running a competition or something whereby the winner could spend a couple of hours with you, it would certain make for an interesting video.. you vs an amateur (who could have a 100 point head start, minimum 😅).
