it effective but it would be more risky to fight high level technical muaythai fighter but still possible with more reaction speed if you can see all the attack first (not just kick)
What a joke king fool vs MMA which is better ! Sure he have some kind of reflexes and kind of athletic bcoz he workout regularly but come on a single kick at a time? Everyone with minimal amount of knowledge of striking and MMA knows that a kick always needs a setup in a real fight in a cage with a real MMA or striker he'll get destroyed by standing like a dummy without any footwork or good combos or knowing take downs and throws and ground game.
