You can avoid this misunderstanding by writing latest instead of last. Last means final while latest means recent.

Ah, a nod back to morph moth's stage, and I see that super metroid style pause map thing has been implemented spectacularly. The world is good for the moment. So I can forget about the present state of the world right now.

There should be an option to change the stage theme. I don't want to say that the new themes are bad, in fact they sound more melancholic (sparkling scorpio new theme and jukyard mosquito new theme). Going back to the old junkyard mosquito theme, it sounds more aggressive and epic, apart from at the beginning of the song it sounds a bit like a mosquito. Meanwhile, the new theme (not so new, it's 2 years old) could be said to be much more similar to the Snes sound chip that was used in the first Megaman X. What I want to say is that both themes are good and have their own thing, they shouldn't waste the old junkyard mosquito theme, there should be an option in the game that allows you to change the theme or in Σ Class they should put the old themes.
Or alternatively, have the music transition from one phase to another as you get deeper into the level, maybe after beating the mini-boss and reaching the midway checkpoint. That way, players get the benefit of both themes, and it follows suit with past Maverick stages like Frost Walrus and Optic Sunflower that drop into more dramatic musical renditions as you progress.
i think the junkyard one is an upgrade but they kinda fucked up the electric plant theme
also the new cyberlab one is worse than the original one.

I hope there's an option to disable damage numbers and exp numbers, i find it really cool that that's a thing for those who like info displayed, but im a very minimalistic kind of guy when it comes to those things

a nice change to the abbility can be, when the abbility hit an enemy, you can hold it, paralyzing the enemy in the position and make it unable to attack too for two second, then the spike broke and heal you 1 point.

There's one detail though, this wouldnt be X9 canonically because apparently this games story takes place after X5. There's megaman X6 in this but that's just extra content for the post game

Unpopular opinion: this lastest update for junkyard is really uninteresting and it's pretty much like a rehash of X2 morph moth stage. Like i really loved better the design of old junkyard because it was original and fitting.
If im correct i think the location of Neurohack mosquito is canonically (in X corrupted) the same as that of Morph moth
JKB's autism is ruining the game.
Junkyard has never changed since the release of this video in 2017 : kzhead.info/sun/d9SIYMaZenOpiI0/bejne.html Except for Mosquito sprite, the level design in the last 30 seconds of the stage, tilesets of the first half and background in second half.
