I remember starting my own fitness journey about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarize and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 20lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀
I'd checked the site you mentioned, they also give workout plan to exercise at home. Probably going to order it. Maybe this lockdown is my chance to finally get more serious about my muscles (or lack thereof 😅). Thank you for sharing your experience and motivation.

He's big with fat.. not muscle, 2600 is probably enough for his lean mass as it is, he is not training heavy weight.. he just need the pure power and mobility.. you think 153 gram protein a day is enuff for a guy his size to build muscle?.. hell no.. I think he is not aiming anything, he just want the maintain the size he has and the mobility as well.

I eat ~2500 calories a day at 119 pounds... I get 13k steps a day and makes me wonder what I’m doing when I watch vids like this 😂
He’s not counting his calories accurately, look at his body comp and also the amount of oil on those wings and fried rice
The video is bullshit. I am 155 pounds and I eat about 3300 calories a day and I train less than he does.

OFC I dont know him as a person and his genetics, maybe he gets big easly, but everything seems a bit odd. depends heavily on the person. im 5.7 ft and 170lbs and i need about 3.000 calories of clean food to maintain bodyweight. guess we all are individual
