Howdy folks and welcome back to our dumpster diving channel! We are so excited to share this video with y’all.. it’s definitely one of our biggest hauls ever and a dive like we’ve never experienced.
There was someone actively throwing away household items while we were diving, and we just kept taking the things he would put in the dumpsters! We were able to save an unbelievable amount of toys, clothing, kitchen items, and so much more from going to the landfill. We’re really happy to have been in the right place at the right time and look forward to re-homing the items we rescued! We really hope you enjoy this video and we’ll see you again soon :)

AhhHH this might be our wildest dive ever - we’ve never experienced someone actively throwing things away while we were diving. He just kept bringing more and we kept taking it. What a rush! I feel so bad for the kids that will come home and find out they don’t have any of their stuff anymore! But at least you guys are claiming it and it won’t just be trashed.
This is definately an eviction clearance. Really sad that the children involved lost all their possessions but good you guys can redistribute them instead of it going to land fill.
It sure does look that way to me also. No one would willingly throw it all away.

Not really. Many ppl take what they need and fly to a far away state or country, and don’t want to pay the high price of u-hauls, too pricey, and not worth it. I have seen neighbors put all their items on curb, and hire a small u-haul for their main items. A lot of Chi nese come here, then move back home. They leave everything.
I worked at a nonprofit family resource center for a few years….I also grew up in severe poverty but was lucky enough to have parents that were able to purchase the home they still have before I was born…the oldest….when they were first starting out….so the nonprofit world was a culture shock for me simply because I never experienced moving as a child….u would be blown away at how a lot of low income families would do that, just say whatever and leave everything behind….and simply move to a new place and then expected and received new everything via charities and donations given to them by private charity groups….clothing and toys etc are one thing low income families don’t have a shortage of lol…generally, charity and nonprofits are simply just a way for the system to control how and who receives the funds people give intending to help everyone in need so that only a select few receive some of those funds and still leaving those who genuinely deserve and appreciate the help/charity….donating is simply a way to keep the abundance under tight control while still giving the illusion to the people wanting to help that they are helping…most donations unfortunately get either sold off for profits and kept, or tossed out or shipped overseas to be sold back to us by foreign corporations….the greedy have found the loopholes to suck the life out of everyone in every avenue….so people simply setting their donations on the curb and posted for people to come and take is the most effective way to help those in need….in my area, a church started a little shop where everything is free to whomever wants it…there’s a 24 hour donation area that’s enclosed where people can leave food diapers clothes etc to be taken if needed etc….the local stores also donate their goods like bread from the bread store that didn’t sell but still well within date…it’s a real neat idea and gaining popularity….

This haul hit me hard,it feels more like someone was evicted and left what they couldn't carry. Im so glad you rescued it but sad for that family. Be well friends!

I donate my kids toys all the time lol so they can get new things. Looks like they were cleaning out toy room
I just worry someone belongings got tossed without them knowing. It’s sad seeing someone’s life being thrown away especially the kids clothes and the home sweet home mat 😞 hopefully everyone is ok and the items will now be given a new lease of life for other families ❤
I tend to think the worse...serious family issues, death, etc. Just sad to see.

This is a really a great haul! It just dawned on me that this is an eviction happening live. Some child/children lost all their worldly possessions. I have 4 children and we were in a really bad situation with their Dad. A program was helping us. We moved away & like this all of the kids stuff was left behind & trashed. They are all adults, their Dad passed away from od'ing. We talk about how we left. They still remember when they left this or that.. I don't know, this just hit me. I will say it does make me feel better just knowing how much you guys donate! Great video!

Incredible! Makes me think of someone who could have been going through a divorce and was never going to get their kids back and they were so upset, they just couldn't deal with it and just threw the stuff away.

When they move sometimes they just throw everything away. Dont have room to haul it.. Some just go buy new.. glad you two can donate and resell it. 😊

There is no need to be nervous about taking the items. If the man had a problem with you taking it, he would have said something to you. I personally think he was happy to have you take items!

I say the same thing. Why are they afraid to jump in? Its not that bad. They can grab most stuff and find more stuff being inside. When we find dumpsters like that, we always jump in at some point. So much buried under other stuff.

The "hot plate" i a griddle. The thing from Target that you think is a fidget thing is called "Jacob's Ladder". Hold it up by one end and turn down the first "block" to touch the second one. There are two ways to turn it, so if nothing happens when you do that, flip it to the other side. When the action stops, flip it to te other side. You can go back and forth for hours. Super nice haul!!

This makes me sad. It looks like eviction to me. I've seen tenants belongings thrown out of a second floor unit before. Other tenants were taking the stuff. At least I didn't get thrown away. I like what you do.

Wow! What a huge haul! I can't help but feel for the kids who lost their toys. The one item you questioned; the block thing attached with the ribbons is called a Jacob's Ladder. If you hold it in one direction it will unravel and then if you hold it in the other direction, it will go the other way. Sort of hard to explain, but maybe google it and you can see. Can't wait for your next adventure out!

If you have a self-cleaning oven, you can put cookie sheets in when you clean your oven. They come out amazing
I was thinking an eviction as well. Or like you said - someone just left and landlord had to get rid of it. That's the only thing that makes sense. Great dive for you, for us, for others and for the planet! Just wow!
One of my neighbours got moved by health system to a home she got some stuff but cause its govt housing they threw almost all her stuff out neighbours took some another neighbour and l have been feeding her 2 cats they wouldnt let her take them so lve been feeding them so sad how they treat people ,shes a good neighbour only good thing is l know she,s ok and l got to tell her she is a good neighbour gave her a hug.so lm glad you where saving it

I’m sad for the family that had to leave their stuff behind like that. I hope they can rebuild and recover. I’m also grateful that you two saved it all from the landfill and another family will be able to come to your garage sales and find some inexpensive treasures. I am kind of a lurker to your channel, I watch most of them but this haul, wow! I could see you guys at times visibly overwhelmed, like you didn't know what to grab next. It is both sad and exciting to watch this good stuff coming out. It is hard to fathom it as an eviction, these people obviously had money, they purchased quality stuff. And I can't imagine someone willingly leave this stuff behind and not at least donate it. I mean ... maybe they got a job overseas and just abandoned it but it is so hard to figure out. One thing is for sure, you saved it from the landfill. Way to go!!!
Third try might be the greatest find, because they always throw good stuff first to be at the bottom or close to the bottom, i feel like yall could got that umm book shelf

This made me so sad ..I can't stop thinking of what happened to the young family to cause their items to be thrown in the trash and that instead of donating all these usable items they threw them away ! I'm so thankful you two were there to save it and that there are more people like you both out there !!

Totally unbelievable. Oh that toddler bed would have been an awesome save. Looked like great quality too. So many clothes and looked well cared for. So many games and toys. I would for sure buy second hand baking trays that are preseasoned. Such a huge haul.
the little wood thing from target that is multi colored is an old fashion toy called a jacob's ladder. My stepdad is a woodworker and used to make these all the time. You hold one end and it will cause the pieces to do a domino effect and you can flip it over and do it again and again.

Oh my gosh. All I can say is thank god you were there at that time. Imagine all that going to a dump. Horrifying, Also you were so worried but the guy was probably so happy that there just kept being more room...he would have had to start leaving it on the ground there was so much stuff. Fantastic save!! That cheese grater is a really good one. So many good quality things. All of it unreal. Whoohoo!!
Ohhhh my peach's would be getting in. I love it all so excited ye both have found it all. Quite sad that they dumped it all. So many people in need.
Last May we were in Sweetwater texas and we had to clean out a relatives home. She wanted nothing sold. We took a u haul truck full of clothes to a clothes bank, all the food went to a food bank, several truck loads of knick knacks dishes and linens went to good will. We gave medical equipment to an agency who would pass it on. We still had a slide off dumpster full. Lots of work. Shame that you weren't closer.

I can’t believe someone would throw all that stuff in the dumpster! Are people so self-centered they don’t realize that someone could use those items? Especially the canned food!! It’s not that hard or time consuming to donate and there really are people in this world in need. Bless you for rescuing these items and enriching the lives of others. Wish more people were like you. OMG what a Dumpster..(The SAD thought of the tenants departure ) The Blessing: the donations will enrich people and families in need. I believe the landlord that was throwing these things in the dumpster l would like to think he was happy to see you guys taking them out. God meant for you to find this Dumpster.
I'd bet that was an eviction in progress. That stuffed dog is great. You guys got some really nice things. I'm very happy it didn't get sent to the landfill. Hopefully, someone will get the big furniture.
