Two different situations. Rory and Mal didn't have ownership in the podcast though they helped to make it entertaining. Slaughterhouse as a group and brand was owned equally by the 4 group members.

Nobody they couldn't...it's more of a moral standing than anything else. Far as the album as it relates to the quality of music they released, for me it was mediocre. Not mediocre for Crook and Joell, but mediocre in general. They've rapped at a higher level many times with ease, and the project for me lacked better production as well as like they said a better roll out. Hince why most probably weren't even aware of when it dropped but yet still knee of the 2 music videos and antics prior to the actual release date

As a fan of Slaughterhouse as a whole, this has raised the value of Slaughterhouse in my eyes because now I want to see either reconciliation or retaliation then reconciliation. I just want you all to rap. Togetherness is much better than division. At least rap y’all side out then squash it and drop the REAL Slaughterhouse album together moving forward.
That same value would have been there if there was no beef and Joe came back and they did an album. But to Joe's point, they all have to be human beings first and reconcile their feelings. I'm starting to think Joe is scared to come back to rapping. Like he's not as confident and secure as he used to be on the mic. He's the only one of the four that hasn't been wrapping continuously and he shoots down any opportunity for him to rap. I've seen Royce be the quiet one on the Zoom when Joe went off on Ortiz. This shows that they can both go off when prompted. The difference is Royce almost sounds calm when he does it. JB just lets it fly 360.

my two favourite were Royce and Budden. I only really got into slaughterhouse because I was listening to Budden at the time. i used to listen to Buddens mood music and Royces bar exams so those two convinced me to listen to slaughterhouse. I was a little sceptical because wasn't Crooked I rocking some punk rocker look before that. I remember some rapper called him a weirdo. but me Royce and Budden. I didn't even know Joel till slaughterhouse and I think he sound pretty the same all the time

I get it. As a hip hop head and seeing how dope Slaughterhouse was out the gates, it was breath of fresh air with the concept of four separate MC's joining in as one group. Now... yeh we know Joe has done his part in "messing things up" with his personal endeavors,BUT imho I see it deeper than that. If Joe feels like he just ain't feeling that process of laying tracks and writin and spittin... it is what it is. I'M THINKING, Joe turned a corner and is more looking towards OWNING his OWN SHIT. This is why he's created his own media space. People change. When you look at it hard enough, it's more beneficial to have, create, and own your product/content rather than not being able to speak and move freely. It's pretty simple to me. It's akin to the whole Jay Z / Dame/ Roc-a-fella shit. When they went their own ways, ppl were confused, but if Jay had his vision and felt in order to fulfill that vision he needed to go his own way, then that's what it is.
