I used to haul steel. Know your chains weight rating. Use enough chains for the weight of each coil. Try to place the coil where the center opening is pointing the direction of travel. Recheck chain tension first 50 miles recheck every 150 miles

Если была незакреплена то изза любого нажатия на тормоз она поехала. Вес большой, крепления могут не выдержать. Петли там если переделать то 4т, а если стандартные то около 2т. А вес груза на много больше. Возят и по 30т, петли те же

اعتقد ان هذا السائق وقف بتريلته قبل الحادث بمسافة قصيره لقضاء ما يلزمه بعيد عن السياره ولم يري ماجري لرابط الحموله وفي هذه الاثناء قام اللصوص بسرقه الجنزير والقفل الحديد (تسمي في مصر بومه ) اذا لا يعقل ان يسير السائق بحملة بكر الحديد دون رباطها جيدا وكذا لجام قوي لان السائق يعلم ان عاقبتها كارثه وفي الغالب ستقتله وهذا يرجح انه لم يري الحموله بدون رباط..لانه عندما أراد الوقوف تدحرجت البكره ولم نري اي اثر للجنزير ولا القفل الحديد علي الارض م مع البكره ،،وللعلم وزن البكره بالاطنان ..

@@hyp.aka4776 а тут вопрос не в том, поучал его кто-то или нет, тут надо показать водителям легковушек, что значит динамика груза при торможении, ибо большинство считает, что ничего страшного не будет. А то, что водителю такого длинномера нажатие на тормоз грозит чем-то, это же не понимают! Перед грузовиком начинают танцевать! А какой груз он везёт? А может ему проще тебя намотать на колесо, чем останавливаться?

Лист ДСП ламинат не хуже трубы выносит переднюю стенку у фуры и кабину с водителем до кучи.... Лично видел срезало как братвой ремни и всё пачки уехали вперёд машины проломили всё и кабину смяли как картонку убив водителя.... Золотое правило если загрузился подобным, ехать аккуратно с дистанцией и без резких тормоза чтобы не случилось с дистанцией будет возможность плавно от тормозиться.... Удачи всем будьте вежливы и аккуратны на дороге Вы не один....

Keep a safe distance from vehicles in front of you. Do not drive too fast. Always perform your pre check before moving. Report anything that has been tampered with contact your dispatch and local and state authorities.

Неожиданно такое случился. Как так всю дорогу ехал и ничиго, а тут на светофоре, так сильно толкнул катушку что прямо на кабину водителя летала,. Странно. Когда загрузили, не закрепили хорошо, и вот такая неприятность. Главное чтоб водитель не постродал. Жаль, что такое бывает. Невнимательность играет роль. Спосибо что поделились. And this is why flat beds are supposed to have headache racks And coils are supposed to have a min of 3 chains on each of those coils that are 15 to 20 tons each and normally would be only be 2 coils of that truck here anyway.

The giant coils were probably fastened with adequate tension with the correct load bearing weight laden chains. The issue as I have discerned thus far, is as follows. Upon viewing the video footage, what I suspect has happened is that due to the lack of chocks on both sides of each coil from keeping them resisting the force of inertia, the strain against the chain was too great to have secured the load. The coils along with the momentum of motion had enough force to snap the chain resulting in a ricochet of the chains and coils moving toward the truck's cabin unhindered to most probably having caused serious spinal cord injury to the driver. ☝️🙄 😵OK Einstein, are you through?

Three coils on a triple axle trailer = 20k aprox per coil. Looks like single chain per coil, very good chains but even with two per...rail probably failed; under deceleration G forces at about 100k lbs stress. Note tractor cab has no headache rack, and a rear window! Driver is lucky to survive this. Steel coils loaded in this eyes-to-the-side configuration called "suicide."

What you see there, looks like a flat band that came from around the coil when the coil came off the truck. There was no chain through the center. It would have to be chained through the middle like the other 2 rolls. The only place that chain could be is, out of sight, on the far side of the trailer.

Dayum, flashback to driving on hilly roads in the carribean years ago, when a truck i was traveling behind started a swerving dance with a big wire reel like this one..next thing the truck gets flung over an embankment into a ditch a over 50 feet down...not sure if anyone died , but many people came out to help.

В начале семидесятых я работал на 2-ом районе ЛенМорПорта, с железнодорожных платформ снимали эти рулоны. Всё было закреплено надёжно; Обратно - с судов перегружали на платформы и они шли на наши заводы. В голову никому не могло прийти делать скрутки НЕОТОЖЖЁННОЙ ПРОВОЛОКОЙ! Если ломом перетянешь и одна-две лопнут - удаляли и как положено. А здесь, полный баран-водила, ещё, небось и машина его, как он контролировал крепление, где подставки? Ты, СВОЛОЧЬ, собираешься через ГОРОД ехать, маршрутка, две тормознули бы у борта...! И это 💩 мне предлагают жалеть?!!! Кстати, докером я проработал 24 месяца, здоровье позволяло, но где тогда писали, что в портах ЕЖЕНОЩНО ПОГИБАЛИ 1-3,4 МОЛОДЫХ ПАЦАНА? ПО РАЗНЫМ ПРИЧИНАМ: ПАДЕНИЕ ТРАКТОРА С ПРИЦЕПОМ, ГРУЖЁННЫМ ВОСЕМЬЮ ТОННАМИ ЧУШЕК АЛЮМИНИЯ; РУЛОН БУМАГИ НА ТОВАРИЩА, ЧТО ОТ НЕГО ОСТАЛОСЬМ- НЕ ЗАБЫТЬ! Not at all. That’s all on the driver. Maybe didn’t have enough chains on it and you never use your brakes like that with coils. Jake Brakes are your friends and rather have too many chains than not enough. I always throw straps on top too

Он изночально покрыт какой то смесью масла и ортофосфорной кислоты , мало того что скользкий , так ещё и тяжёлый , ещё как бы пружинит немного . Везти конечно надо крайне осторожно, без резких манёвров и торможений .

I used to haul steel. Know your chains weight rating. Use enough chains for the weight of each coil. Try to place the coil where the center opening is pointing the direction of travel. Recheck chain tension first 50 miles recheck every 150 miles

как рас такие оно было закреплена, изо резко тормоза закрепление не выдержало
Если была незакреплена то изза любого нажатия на тормоз она поехала. Вес большой, крепления могут не выдержать. Петли там если переделать то 4т, а если стандартные то около 2т. А вес груза на много больше. Возят и по 30т, петли те же

اعتقد ان هذا السائق وقف بتريلته قبل الحادث بمسافة قصيره لقضاء ما يلزمه بعيد عن السياره ولم يري ماجري لرابط الحموله وفي هذه الاثناء قام اللصوص بسرقه الجنزير والقفل الحديد (تسمي في مصر بومه ) اذا لا يعقل ان يسير السائق بحملة بكر الحديد دون رباطها جيدا وكذا لجام قوي لان السائق يعلم ان عاقبتها كارثه وفي الغالب ستقتله وهذا يرجح انه لم يري الحموله بدون رباط..لانه عندما أراد الوقوف تدحرجت البكره ولم نري اي اثر للجنزير ولا القفل الحديد علي الارض م مع البكره ،،وللعلم وزن البكره بالاطنان ..

Как-бы он не был хорош прикреплён это врятли бы сильно помогло, с таким грузом надо постепенно тормозить. Всё ровно что быстро нести полную тарелку супа, и быстро остановиться. Повезло что не трубы вёз.
Лист ДСП ламинат не хуже трубы выносит переднюю стенку у фуры и кабину с водителем до кучи.... Лично видел срезало как братвой ремни и всё пачки уехали вперёд машины проломили всё и кабину смяли как картонку убив водителя.... Золотое правило если загрузился подобным, ехать аккуратно с дистанцией и без резких тормоза чтобы не случилось с дистанцией будет возможность плавно от тормозиться.... Неожиданно такое случился. Как так всю дорогу ехал и ничиго, а тут на светофоре, так сильно толкнул катушку что прямо на кабину водителя летала,. Странно. Когда загрузили, не закрепили хорошо, и вот такая неприятность. Главное чтоб водитель не постродал. Жаль, что такое бывает. Невнимательность играет роль. Спосибо что поделились. Видиш такие кадры и становиться грустно и в том числе и подумать быть везде внимательными и проверять. Спосибо. Крепких сил водителю, и скорейшие востоновление.

It was strapped down, look on the other side of the trailer it broke loose.

The coil was never strapped down! Unbelievable! I've seen 2 wrecks on I-94 in Michigan where the rolling steel coil(s) completely obliterated the occupied drivers cab.

And this is why flat beds are supposed to have headache racks And coils are supposed to have a min of 3 chains on each of those coils that are 15 to 20 tons each and normally would be only be 2 coils of that truck here anyway.
The giant coils were probably fastened with adequate tension with the correct load bearing weight laden chains. The issue as I have discerned thus far, is as follows. Upon viewing the video footage, what I suspect has happened is that due to the lack of chocks on both sides of each coil from keeping them resisting the force of inertia, the strain against the chain was too great to have secured the load. The coils along with the momentum of motion had enough force to snap the chain resulting in a ricochet of the chains and coils moving toward the truck's cabin unhindered to most probably having caused serious spinal cord injury to the driver. ☝️🙄 😵OK Einstein, are you through?

Three coils on a triple axle trailer = 20k aprox per coil. Looks like single chain per coil, very good chains but even with two per...rail probably failed; under deceleration G forces at about 100k lbs stress. Note tractor cab has no headache rack, and a rear window! Driver is lucky to survive this. Steel coils loaded in this eyes-to-the-side configuration called "suicide."

What you see there, looks like a flat band that came from around the coil when the coil came off the truck. There was no chain through the center. It would have to be chained through the middle like the other 2 rolls. The only place that chain could be is, out of sight, on the far side of the trailer.

Он изночально покрыт какой то смесью масла и ортофосфорной кислоты , мало того что скользкий , так ещё и тяжёлый , ещё как бы пружинит немного . Везти конечно надо крайне осторожно, без резких манёвров и торможений .
