Bombshell Evidence Revealed in AZ Rancher's Murder Trial During Opening Statements

2024 ж. 21 Нау.

Opening statements took place on Friday where both state and defense plead their cases on alleged killer George Kelly. During these opening statements, shocking evidence such as 911 calls and images were released and shown to the jury. On January 30th, 2023, 75-year-old Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly allegedly shot and killed Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, whom he accused of trespassing on his ranch in Keno Springs after crossing the Mexican border. Kelly and his wife were concerned about cartels trafficking drugs and people before the deadly incident happened. Reports also say Butimea had a history of illegally crossing the border. Kelly is charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

A closing statement must adhere to the facts that have been presented and in proper context. I believe the objection would be facts not in evidence. Words would then be stricken and you'd probably be admonished by the judge. If you continue, you'd be found in contempt. • Let me enlighten you; the US system prosecutes acts of violence/crime no matter the subject, no matter the perpetrator… what matter is that it happened HERE. That’s why we have extradition treaties 🤨…. The law is applied to who ever breaks the law… what is so difficult and non-patriotic about that?

  • How could this guy just shoot his gun not knowing who or what he was shooting at !! What if it was a child that wandered off and ended up on this guy’s property ?? Unless he was in danger of being shot himself why shot someone in the back ?? He should have called and had the authorities come out to investigate the situation!!

    @jlm1965@jlm1965Ай бұрын
    • Who says he shot anyone in the back. His property stretches over a foot ball field. Chances are, from a legal point, it's not reasonable for him to expect that. Especially if his property is clearly marked to the public. Each citizen is expected to obey the law. Even trespass. If he had hit a child, at best it would be manslaughter, if not ruled an accident. Notice there is no mention of him using his weapon illegally. In his own property he could fire rounds all day long. As long as they stay in his property.

Imo their running back to Mexico away from BP makes me believe they may have been ‘gotaways’ (people that do NOT want to turn themselves into BP because of something in their past that BP would instantly deport them to their home countries) …curious to hear if they were dressed in camouflage & wearing carpet shoes - typical clothing of gotaways supplied by their coyotes ..the radio is also of note too
