I’ve been crying to this documentary for 7 years 😭 I always come back and watch it, randomly. They were definitely soul mates… 🫶🏾
All his self sabotage and the way he has treated Erica is sad. I think it all stems from never fully getting over Nicki. He moved on with his life but his heart will always be stuck with her. He made a lot of mistakes in the relationship and I have no doubt he regrets them to this day. It’s also gotta be hard for him to see how big she has continued to get. He was a key part of building her brand and supporting her more than anyone else ever has. They didn’t know how to take all her success and it caused issues that couldn’t be resolved. He will always love her and he knows they should have been forever. Every other woman is just filling a void and will never be able to compare to Nicki IN HIS EYES. I went through something similar. 11 years of friendship just gone. Relationship wise I tried to make it work, but I came to the realization that I outgrew him. I was crushed, because that was my best friend since I was 14. It was rough in the beginning and I still have my moments where I just cry, because I didn’t think that I would live life without him. 😢
