Mercedes-Benz W221 - the fifth generation of the flagship series of executive cars S-Class Mercedes-Benz, produced from 2005 to 2013. It replaced the model Mercedes W220. In 2009, the car was restyled in which external modification and updating of the model range of engines were made. In 2013, production of the car Mercedes W221 has been completed and been replaced by model Mercedes-Benz W222.

  • I own a 2009 Fully loaded with AMG sport package/ night vision/ distronic cruise/ rear recliner/ massage seats/ panaromic roof/ clocked 90k miles. Touchwood only oil changes till date . No repairs except tire and brake replaced. Have a specialist mechanic for Merc only . No dealership visits. “The Best or Nothing “

    • These are luxury barges, mercedes e200/e220 cdi's are used in germany for taxi services and they get to 600-700k KM's regulary. Mercs are sturdy and will go on for a long time, they are usually really reliable, only thing that will break off are electronics but its just how it is with them.

  • Bought 11 year old used one on impulse. It's stunning....pleasure to drive and so relaxing. Now no other car will ever be good enough for me...Ok, pricey to run and if/when spares and repairs needed I'll have to sell the house, but everyone should drive one of these at least once in their lives!

  • I own a 2008 S63 AMG and this car is the bomb. Only scary part is brakes. Everything else runs smooth and its a dream to drive. Nothing can compare with the power and style of this S63 AMG. I will put the money in this car as its the best car I have ever owned. I have owned them all Corvettes, Cadillacs, Lincolns, BMW, Audi, Maserati, etc.

    • Dont wanna be the bearer of bad news, but with that much miles the car will start to cause alot of problems and soon becomes an endless moneypit. It's a great car indeed but definitely unreliabe.

  • I bought a 2006 S500 a year ago, and so far so good. Have put maybe a thousand into it. Just wish I knew how to work everything. And I got a cd stuck in cd player and it's an important cd that I don't want to ruin, nor do I want to damage cd player.

  • В нём шумнее, чем в W220, хули они там нарезали видосиков в салоне))) Половина комплектующих в Мексике сделана. Это уже не Мерседес. Был дизельный с 642 мотором. Продал через полгода. Мотор хотя неплох по ТТХ, только пока его чинить не надо)
