As someone who grew up mostly in a meditarrenean home (my grandparent's house) i dont know whats the thing with patios and all the tile! Give me some grass please! And also, about the open or closed floorplan, i think there is no rule about it, do your thing! Great build! You made it look soo easy! ♥

In your laundry room I would have swapped the sink with the toilet and enclosed it
