- I didn't downvote but my first thought - f*, like we don't have enough plastic or rubber rubbish. Second though - why would a dog owner risk their dog getting scared, possible acquire a new fear when one of those balloons suddenly breaks. Third thought - if people start to copy them and doing that with more skittish dogs - hell will break lose. for those dogs.
