Amazing eye candy... the night cruising with the colorful lights and city backdrop really showcases some high end Miami boating lifestyle. So many nice ones... I mean you think you might be real special cruising in your 65' when along comes and 85 footer to remind you of your budget. But its clear some boats have lots of really fine bikini babes and others seem to just have dudes. It would be interesting to know the statistics on the breakout of that.... You wouldn't want to say spend a couple million on the wrong unit.
Timestamp 5:17, that is one of the biggest things that absolutely drives me nuts and one of my biggest pet peeves!!! I hate it when cops leave there cherries and berries on non stop like that especially at night!! It’s hard enough to see at night anyways and then u have those bright ass flashing lights distorting ur vision and I think it makes it more unsafe!!!! So if their are any boat patrol people on here, turn ur f***ing flashing lights off at night!!! U are making it more dangerous for other boaters!!!!!
What is the City CE and Brickel building’s? How much do those condos cost that over look River?
The area is called, Brickell City Center, the view of sign is partially blocked. I think you could by a place starting at 400k is for a studio/tiny place and spend as much as you want on the top end
