@@Techwithedwin hopefully Tuchel can continue to get the players to win in this progressive team so that he holds down the job and takes Chelsea even further to the next level so these young players can properly follow his guidance in the coming years. Knowing Chelsea tho his job is on thin ice any moment he doesn’t get the team to perform and he knows that he’s a top manager and knows the responsibility to win that comes with that. I I believe the club is definitely dedicated to his development. When Tuchel arrived and asked him not to go out on loan so that he could train with him, I thought that established a lot of trust on both sides of their relationship. With the FIFA Club World Cup, The League Cup, and the FA Cup, there's no reason why he can't see a lot more time on the pitch during the first half of the season. Then, depending on how things are shaping up going into the winter transfer window, a short-term loan at that point might do him good.

This kid doesn’t need to ever go out on loan he’s first team proven if he’s a starter or a bench player he’s a good player to have around and sooner in the future I can see him breaking into the first team as a starter, kids got talent

I've always, always, rated him ever since I first saw him on the pitch. He along with the likes of Andreas Christensen and Kai Havertz truly reeks pure talent. He is already a brilliant deep lying midfielder. He can surpass Jorginho in two or three seasons. I truly believe that. If Chelsea want to loan him then they should loan him to an Italian team because they play with a deep lying midfielder a lot. That will develop him tremendously

I'm a 51 year old Scotsman and Billy Gilmour is my hero I cannae wait tae see how is career unfolds (His Dad is a tool. Negging isn't constructive criticism, it's done by people with less ability who are jealous of the people they're talking to)
