Surely they have the right to choose what they want to believe. But they need to sign a legal document to exempt themselves from treatment in the case when they get affected by the COVID-19. They can’t be so selfish to chase their own freedom by putting medical professionals in danger.
Yes, they actually do have a right to choose what they want to believe, thank-you for acknowledging that fact. Unfortunately, these days in America that's not popular, herd mentality is all that's allowed which is why they try so hard to control the narrative. All we hear about is the front line workers who are risking their lives or those few who have died, instead of the fact that front line workers are actually being furloughed, and the hospitals never filled up except in NY. I'm just so tired of those in power treating everyone like they are stupid children who can't make their own decisions and need someone to hold their hands . (regardless of the fact that so many Americans obviously do need someone to hold their hands)

That's a good idea, since there is this divided idea they should allow people sing a document where they say they choose freedom and so they will not be treated if there is another patient who follow the quarentine and somehow is infected, that way is more easy to make decisions for the hospital, also for not calling too cruel they can leave a number of beds in hospital to this people be treated and if it's all full they have to wait in line. I feel bad but I don't think is fair for the hospital staff to deal with their own egotistic decision.
The people in the USA, want their freedom. Theses past weeks we saw the news of people in large groups, demanding that the government was violating their rights. Oka, today watching the news ( today is the 13 of May2020). I saw how the covid 19 has risen very high in the states that the people got out in the streets to speak about their rights. I really wouldn’t like too see these people, if something worst then the virus, comes their way. I guess what I saw in a tee-shirt some years ago will happen it said and I quote: It said ( SHIT HAPPENS) . That’s nothing compare to what really would happen. Everyone takes things for granted. So people take it easy. I been trough an earthquake, and it’s still shaking, 4 hurricanes of 4 and five cat. Without electricity and water for 9 months , a cancer patient. I really don’t think people in the states could overcome something like we did. So people there are priority and PRIORITIES! Learn how to live. It’s only one life. Make sure you live it the best without being so shallow.

The real problem is hospitalisation rate and the high fatality rate among people 60+ and comorbidities like hypertension and obesity.

They are "Loaning" money to any African country which is willing to accept high interest rates (deferred) today... with low payments - until some distant "future" date. Meaning, the current leaders, who get the money "Today" will not be affected when the bills become due. Same in South America! I have a huge problem that the POTUS is not up to speed on the current pandemic status. I would not want to bother the medical and research personnel, I assume they are working their asses off. In my opinion We the People need to know that our best and brightest are doing the best they can. AND We the People are making sure first responders have all required resources. I think we should be hearing accurate and timely status information from OUR national leadership.
I feel like Trump doesn’t even know what he is doing. Like his brain left his body, as he is encouraging protests against the government, insisting on using disenfectant to get rid of a virus inside they body, and firing medical experts who have medical degrees and lots of experience just because they are against him. I feel like I should move to Iceland or Switzerland.

I have been sick over the weekend and if I was not a christian I would bear the pain to protest with them, but I don't really want to hurt anyone or bring myself bad karma but the temptation is there and I am sure I am not alone. When they ask why I am covered in sweat while freezing I just be like oh its just a cold but Im here to support you. Thankfully I am feeling better from whatever caused those few days of fever, aches, headaches, nasuaum weakness, and rough nites only lasted 3 days I am blessed it may have been something else. The majority of people like 51% won't believe this til it affects them directly.

It honestly seems like they're enabling each other in a circular fashion - FOX news, Trump's supporters, the republicans who back him, and so on - even if you call one out, the others rally to their defense. Trump, being backed by these groups, is also pretty much invincible and sits with unlimited power. Meanwhile, the opposite end of the spectrum is no good either. It's like they enjoy that things are this bad so they can look good. Gah, I'm so sick of this.
@@commanderuseless1685 I think the do enjoy the chaos; it's a method of keeping people too occupied with outrage for them to unite and organize a genuine change of govt. Divide and conquer. Combined with struggling financially constantly, most people don't keep up with national/international politics, much less have time to be part of a constructive movement. And you're right that the opposite extremes are equally crazy, but unfortunately, like people with moderate and decent ideas/policies are being labeled as radical extremists, when they're simply advocating programs similar to other prosperous countries. Some even similar to our own past, like the Green New Deal, obviously similar to it's namesake, the New Deal, which successfully ended The Great Depression. I wish people could be reasonable and wise, debate ideas with logic and good intent, but that's not how things are.

In November, we will still be staying home dependent on the government. We’ll see how people will vote after Trump is actually giving us all the money back that we have paid in taxes. Every successful socialist country has to shut their borders so that their people get the use of their own taxes and government. If Trump gets reelected he will continue socialism and give us more because he doesn’t want to have to charge the American people the taxes that we will have to pay for this. If he doesn’t get re-elected the dems will make all who’s working pay almost all in taxes. The difference is who do you want to go into socialism with Trump or Biden? or do you want to be like Canada or Venezuela?

I'm willing to bet that none of them have even bothered to read the first stimulus package for themselves and have no idea of the BS that was included by their Democratic leaders. I've read it and when you look at the amount of money they insisted be included for things unrelated and unaffected by this pandemic and compare it to that measly check that won't cover even a month's rent for most people, it's criminal. I'm not saying I think the Republicans are that much better because they should have insisted on more for the average people, but at least they wanted the money to go to businesses that are affected by all this instead of irrelevant pet projects. Everyone should read it themselves, and not just the first package, but of course, they won't.
Claudeus Gothicus The only type of bailout this “stimulus” was for was big Corps....airlines, cruise lines, etc. The only thing small corps received were loans (which small businesses already have enough of) at a reduced interest rate. The banks made money from the government to process these loans and within a week these loans and any grant money that may have existed was depleted. Yet this government wants the small businesses to reopen regardless of their personal safety because a) they know small businesses are the backbone of this nation and b)small businesses can’t afford to stay home. Why do you think the small businesses have not received anything yet? Why do you think they are protesting to get back to work? Regardless if the Democrats wanted to add on any other BS to the bills is not the point. Initially the Republicans stalled because initially they didn’t want small businesses to get anything. Then all these promises were made about everyone getting $ and small businesses were going to get help ....well I’d like to know where is it? Where’s the unemployment? Where’s the stimulus checks? It’s been weeks. You can’t take work away from people and then promise them something and not deliver. Pushing the working people against a wall where they have no money coming in is exactly where this government wants them to be. The so called “herd mentality” are those uneducated people who either are not effected and don’t care or who care but don’t see what’s really going on in this country. Get rid of the middle class and keep the poor people poor so you can control them easier.
