  • Those who are young and has big vision to achieve many things in life, 5-6hours would be ideal! He may not have become doctor by sleeping for 9-12hours by allowing melatonin to produce more! All need to study well before following instructions of anyone! Those who are getting sleep in day time has no direction in life at all where one is heading towards! So, purpose of life is needed to be able to have healthy life
