I love how for probably the first time in AGT even when she hit really impressive notes the entire crowd and judges were silent, they all understood completely how she needed to be left alone and given time to sing and feel her emotions

Seeing someone die infront of your eyes can scar you for life, seeing your parent die infront of your eyes is EVEN worse, but seeing your parent be murdered....this is a pain so horrific that no words can describe your pain. People who see loving parents (who lived a good and full life that died naturally from old age) die will often mourn for years, but what she has witnessed and to be able to rise up once more, that is power and courage to be respected.

Heaven is a Paradise, a place WITHOUT suffering and pain, and you want to tell this girl that her parents don't deserve to know that place? That instead they should have been left to suffer? When she started singing, I started crying, because this is exactly what I'd sing to my mom. My mom sadly lost the battle to cervical cancer on 9-23-2021, so yesterday at 8:00 in the morning, and now it's 12:19 a.m., 9-24-2021. Hasn't even been 24 hours and I wasn't crying a lot until this girl started singing. I broke right then and there. :(

Definitely talented, but compared to other singers on here, nothing exceptional. The judges have let their feelings get in the way a LOT and put through a lot of people who have sad backstories mainly for that reason. Don't get me wrong, what happened to her and her parents is horrible, but people can't and shouldn't get through just because of their past.

I understand to I lost mine at 3 and 13 after raising my brother's then taken again because of race then ended up being sold from 10-17 but still trying to love my brother's I stayed strong for them inshallah one day I will see them again I'm 22 have a baby girl I'm a social worker and I help other girls and males like myself and I finally got custody of my daughter and trying to stay clean off of drugs been 3 months clean stay strong everyone just know your worth it :)

I was waiting for someone to hit the golden buzzer for her cuz she sang knowing that her parents are up there being so incredibly proud of her. that she came to AGT and sang her absolute heart out. The fact that after her parents was killed in front of her, she still managed to stay strong for her siblings and that is something that is truly incredibly and unbelievable. Amazing job Jayy! It’s terrible to hear tragedies like this, it’s one of everyone’s worst fear. but she stayed strong to become the beautiful woman and artist she is, she pulled through the struggles to help her remaining family and eventually perused her dreams. shes an insane woman with an amazing voice. not only did she pull off her audition, but she really showed that emotion and touched our hearts. stay strong girly

When she started singing, I started crying, because this is exactly what I'd sing to my mom. My mom sadly lost the battle to cervical cancer on 9-23-2021, so yesterday at 8:00 in the morning, and now it's 12:19 a.m., 9-24-2021. Hasn't even been 24 hours and I wasn't crying a lot until this girl started singing. I broke right then and there. :(

Definitely talented, but compared to other singers on here, nothing exceptional. The judges have let their feelings get in the way a LOT and put through a lot of people who have sad backstories mainly for that reason. Don't get me wrong, what happened to her and her parents is horrible, but people can't and shouldn't get through just because of their past.

Lost my uncle 11 years, He was gang related and got jumped along with his friend by a gas station. We saw his body with cuts and gunshots.
I understand to I lost mine at 3 and 13 after raising my brother's then taken again because of race then ended up being sold from 10-17 but still trying to love my brother's I stayed strong for them inshallah one day I will see them again I'm 22 have a baby girl I'm a social worker and I help other girls and males like myself and I finally got custody of my daughter and trying to stay clean off of drugs been 3 months clean stay strong everyone just know your worth it :)

I was waiting for someone to hit the golden buzzer for her cuz she sang knowing that her parents are up there being so incredibly proud of her. that she came to AGT and sang her absolute heart out. The fact that after her parents was killed in front of her, she still managed to stay strong for her siblings and that is something that is truly incredibly and unbelievable. Amazing job Jayy!
