The left has called for these issues to be addressed for decades now, Trump and the GOP refuse to address the issues and accuse everyone advocating for it of either hating the military or hating the police and they ridicule politicians that even so much as talks to protesters. If Trump had acted instead of attacking at any point in the past 4 years, real progress could have been made. Trump, as chief executive, could have prevented the kinds of practices like shooting teargas into the middle of a crowd to intentionally start a stampede, and macing people peacefully protesting- even those simply staging a sit in at a park. If he had talked to protesters instead of hiding in a bunker, if he had listened even the slightest bit and pledged to enact reforms, the protests would have dissipated easily. Instead he chose to further provoke people and escalate violence. Trump has called to invalidate millions of votes on multiple occasions, and he told his supporters to stop the electoral college votes from being counted- which directly led to the Jan 6th insurrection. If you can't see how that's a problem, or how that promotes civil war, then you are the problem, and you are the one that needs to get a clue.

That is all Trump and the fascist right, which encompasses 100% of the people that voted for him.

It really depends on what they can prove and jurisdiction. Tax fraud is a NY state thing, for example. Georgia has a interfering in the election investigation going. Separate state, separate trial.
