The fact that yellow girl watched all of his work and knows his schedule shows how she still thinks of him, she might not be as showy or emotional like the yellow guy (which is a twist actually) just shows affection can be expressed in different ways..

Also as for the couple, who didn't get re-united, the girl now won't have second doubts thinking about "what if" she reaches out to him, cause it's pretty clear the guy wants to meet someone else. Just because they miss each other doesn't mean they should get back together. A person can miss their veey abusive, toxic ex because of the feelings but they won't want to go back to that relationship because being single is better than going back to the abuse they experineced then, although they really miss that person and do want to get back together from how they feel. Idk the story why these people broke up, most I can hope for is that they're healthy. However they haven't broken up long ago, so def they still like each other. Obviously they'll want to get back together. It's hard to make a judgement since we've no idea of the background of their relationships. But yes, I've seen many people get back together to their exes anyway so this is not that surprising
