A friend from Italy taught me how to cook eggplant so deliciously! Great recipe!
Ingredients
2 eggplants
vegetable oil
Half an onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 cup crushed tomatoes
Salt
pepper
1 tsp sugar
150 grams of mozzarella for pizza
60 grams of parmesan
basil

  • If you sprinkle a bit of corn flour along with Salt on the eggplant slices before baking , it will be easier for you to slice the backed eggplant + its other ingredients.
