@@greatleader4841 Thermal printing was invented in 1965 but wasn't in the market until 1969. Anything before then was ink, and even in that year, it wasn't everywhere. You're right with the 50 years though. It's just a bit goofy to think the two options are thermal printing or carving in stone.

Nobody thought of using ink to write/print until late 2006 when Jeff Kinney released his hit classic novel, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. It started selling so well that he had to find a way to mass produce it-stone carving was too slow and electrically inefficient, and thermal printing was legally restricted to receipts until 2021.

Relating to symptoms you see on the internet can definitely help you and motivate you to go see a psych if you suspect adhd but please never self-diagnose you as it is not going to help you and creates misconceptions about disorders which leaks to discrimination.

I love the idea of someone saying the inkless printer is "futuristic" When I'm pretty sure it uses thermal paper, like the freaking Gameboy Printer did in the late 90s. They basically made a bluetooth connected Gameboy Printer for your smartphone.

7:21 for those who don’t know, a inkless printer is totally posible, there are one specific kinds of printers named thermal printer and is use hot temperature to print instead of ink, you can normally see it in stores and places when you are supposed to get a receipt for something because that is the exact printer that they use! The only flaw these have is that the impression will lose quality with the time losing opacity over the months and years so yeah! Also they use a very specific kind of paper and are refillable

They try things like knifes and they end up breaking, and then he says “YOU FOOL, OF COURSE A KNIFE IS GOING TO BREAK IT”. Probably one of my favourite people since he’s so honest. We use it in the chemistry lab all the time too
For a better barcode tattoo print, rotate the barcode by 90 degrees. The print should be much cleaner and easier for machines. I love your fire safety. 10/10

It’s crazy how many people don’t know that these are mostly drop shipping products. People set up an llc, pick a product from a wholesaler in China, and advertise on tiktok. When you buy them, the are usually shipping from the warehouse in China. A lot of it is the same stuff you can find on AliExpress, Temu, etc. for cheaper. Sometimes the sellers add their branding to these products to make them look more official. There’s more caveats to this but this is a general summary (some do create the products like the tattoo printer product, etc.).

Those thermal printers are a lot of fun. You can get one that use larger size paper rolls, including a4 paper. I own one that prints out 4x6 labels that I use for shipping labels ❤

i got the inkless printer (a different brand, but same thing) and i love it :DD I use it for printing school stuff to put in my notes. I think it works on laser technology - it burns the image into the paper, like with receipts, that's why you have to use special paper. Great thingy tho, would reccomend it for college students. Saves a lotta time drawing

The Flexi Frame isn't a scam. I've seen KZhead shorts on it breaking from sharp objects suck as a knife, and the said "No sh!t it can't take a knife! Our frames are made for valuable items like car models, not sharp objects!". Well, not exactly, but I think it is similar (I THINK because I haven't seen it in a while). They showed in the advertisement that you have to prep the area you're tattooing with something, I don't think he was doing that. That's probably why it wasn't working. Hope he also had it on skin mode.

with the flexi frame thing, you need to heat the plastic bit up so its more durable, then put things in otherwise it will be able to be cut and wont stretch as far. like in the video they used a hair dryer to heat it up.

The inkless printer is nothing special, you're right. I got mine for 10 USD here in the Philippines. Even the thermal paper or thermal sticker refills are insanely cheap! I find it super useful. There are even ones that print on sticky notes (like Post-Its). But I just hate that there are too many brands that overprice them.
