It’s against the law for someone to give more than $2000 to a political campaign, either directly (with cash) or in kind (with some kind of in kind donation). It is also against the law to fill out business transaction records incorrectly. I’d say the prosecutor has it pretty much sewn up.

She even denied the allegations. But stormy Daniel’s in late 2018 changed her view amd said the allegations are true. Which one is it? Is it false? Or are the allegations true? And only true because they benefit the DOJ’s current political party choice in office. For people that can’t see the “facts” are out to get some one because you are seeing past the history of when this all took place. Instead this fits the narrative of finding “dirt” on a man named Trump which so happens to be running for president also this is a ex president. What about Bill Clinton with his affairs in office?
