We now have 46 kids on the farm. 25 doelings and 21 bucklings who will be neutered and sold as pets with at least one other buddy when they turn eight weeks. The goats were having so much fun in the pasture this morning I had to share a little bit of the shenanigans with our farm friends. Betty White is the star at the end who scares off our cat Virginia. Remember how she had some trouble with her back leg? Now she is one of the best hoppers in the herd.

I know, from experience, how goats 🐐 could help. What I mean is, I had goats 🐐at one time, and they are very good therapy. I have depression, and being with them is such a joy. 🐐❤🐐❤🐐

My god the memories! No matter how bad my day was i was instantly overjoyed when i got home to see and hear my French Alpine whom was going mental waiting for head butts and honey crisp apples! Goats rank right up there with dogs in my world, and i think more highly of them than just about all humans. 😋

The wonderful thing about goat kids, is goat kids are wonderful things! Their tops are made out of rubber! Their bottoms are made out of springs! Glad I found this channel - broke femur 20 months ago and am now three weeks out from a knee replacement that’s still causing much pain. Watching the happy hoppy little goats on your farm gets me in a better frame of mind. I’m sure it’s a lot of hard work but would think your lifestyle and the way you run the farm with kindness and respect for all life is good for the soul.
Oh man sorry you have to go through all that. The goats will cover all the running and jumping b for you until you are up to speed, hope you are feeling better quickly!

We used to apply paint mixed with sand to the wooden jungle gym we built for our goats so they could get some traction, more like rock. They were really into gymnastics after that!! Baby goats are just the funniest little things!

California for 22 years and we traveled around the U.S. and saw some incredible sights. The U.S. is for sure our second home... we just love it and can't wait to visit again. There is ordinary playtime, then there is this cute competitive playtime. Their look when the cat was on the second table was "Is he allowed to do that?". The goats will miss each other when they go to new homes.

@@SunflowerFarmCreamery Yes, they are very friendly, almost like puppy dogs, and they love to play too. Most people have never heard of them unless they live in coastal areas. They have an undeserved bad reputation in most places. They're basically a cross between a groundhog and a beaver. They are great little weedeaters that help control the excess vegetation. I visit with them every evening, they always come up to see if I have treats for them. I hand-feed them broccoli about once a month, their favorite food! There are numerous videos of me feeding them, including the latest: episode 53. Check them out.
