Still, chronic eye dryness is the main problem people complain about after the surgery and side effects tend to worsen with time.

  • That was kind of cool to see her at the Ophthalmologists office for her RCE. It's kind of common and probably smart of her to get a "smartplug or temporary collagen plug" put in her tear duct so that it can basically allow her lacrimal duct be plugged so that more of her own natural tears will build up in her tear film....so her cornea is more lubricated and is less susceptible from the epithelial layer of her cornea tearing off randomly and causing not only pain, but some temporary vision issues. I honestly was susprised to see her at a clinic that seemed to have such outdated ophthalmic equipment though, for her being as rich as she is, but maybe this is her Doctor from all the way when she was a kid....who knows.
