As an upgrade from the stag rift in the tower, you can swap to boots of the assembler and quickly go back to your rift to theoretically make the it extend indefinitely via the healing seekers, which is extremely effective at confusing blueberries

the reload speed of ex diris, an auto-reloading weapon that you physically cannot reload, is set to 69. this means it's definitely on purpose.

Important thing to note about cayde being the favourite customer of the ramen shop: That picture is actually a memorial. When the forsaken campaign was in the game, that picture wouldnt actually appear until you reached the campaign, alongside the plaque by zavala. So it was more of a... posthumous gesture of appreciation

I think the craziest thing of all is that your interact button is mapped to LT in one of the clips
so in revive modes like trials, it is really important to be able to get a revive while also fighting back. This allows me to do that :)

D1 had a neat detail where if the hand cannon you were using had hair trigger, you could no longer slightly pull down the trigger and cause the hammer to come back half way, it would just go off immediately.
You can do the same thing in D2 with controllers!

You can see mars from the moon in D1 but you can't see mars from the moon in D2
One thing you missed along the lines of rifting in the tower: If you equip blink and a sword then take your sword out it allows you to blink in some destinations you couldn’t normally. I use this trick to get around the helm all the time but it works in other situations as well like certain mission zones that usually lock out your abilities.
The sugar cube you give to star horse is from either festival of the lost or the dawning (I believe the former). It would give you some goodies back during that event. That you can still give him the cube from time to time is a bug they never bothered to patch
I've got to be honest, I've had to give the cube EVERY time I've went to Starhorse.
It happens every time for me.

12:47 to one up this, the Omnioculus Mask (universal ornament from eververse) will remove the hood part of cloaks, meaning that if you equip something like the refugee’s cloak, you’ll have no cape and no hood. I sometimes rock this look.
Gjallerhorn Wolfpack rounds are little wolf heads that growl. I was in dares of eternity when the game crashed/lagged out but I was still able to walk around similar to those videos where someone will lag switch in a CoD game to show the missile or ac130 rounds before impact.

The Trials resetting tip will same me hours each season. I reset a lot.
Here's a few that come to mind. - Winterbite's Stasis effect lingers during emotions. - The Felwinter Exotic Gauntlets have an ornament that cannot been entirely seen in the preview menu. - The Tower Location Icon moved with Lightfall release. - Shaxx has three horns. - Somewhere, there is a number of players with every major NPC or Boss name. - Rhulk and Nezarc both have Ankle Bands and turn into spaghetti upon death. - Warlocks have more Robes then Non-Robes. - The Drifter has, in fact, eaten Hatchlings. - Cayde and Shaxx had a special sparrow for the Dodge-ball event and were escorted by Redjacks. - Xivu Wrath only speaks in CAPS. - Glorbo was the name of a test screeb. - Telesto has canonical broken the Fourth Wall. - Pre-order exotics for expansion have always had some major bug. (No, Ostera Striga doesn't count. It was not obtainable upon pre-order) - Most NPC's have billions of Cookies from the Dawning. - We have a Rock Ship (and get it off my map). - We have only one Raid that has not reprised from D1. - Nightfalls are canonical.
14:10 that tiny detail about the hammer, cylinder, and hands blew my mind when I discovered it/was told about it. I was complaining about Ace of Spades being such an incredible weapon but was missing the detail of the hammer and cylinder. My friend then says "ummm aktchually on controller it does" I went and tested it and was blown away. I then spent like 30 minutes testing controller vs mnk animations. The ironic part is my favorite exotic is sunshot (has been since I started playing in 2020) but I feel the devs put too much love into it making its animations a little too exciting which makes the gun kinda hard to use in PvP. I mean I got used to it but its still kinda wild. 15:55 that is the most petty thing I have seen... I love it.

the fact about the energy weapons facing one way in the character screen can flip if having the right ornaments like the until its return and its ornament
8:36 There's a very small handful of guns that don't adhere to this rule, & it kinda drives me crazy lol For example, if you equip the Spare Rations ornament on Targeted Redaction, it'll flip the icon to point left as if it's a Kinetic weapon (like the original Spare Rations). I think this applies to most (if not all) S21 Taken weapons, & I want to say there's more but I can't recall them atm

The yellow tank in the intro sequence of the "Ghosts of the deep" Dungeon is the same tank from a red war campaign mission called "Utopia"
that bit about all classes having base stats is actually helpful, because I have a friend who swears up and down that titans have a hidden resil buff, huters have more mobility, etc
Oh and as for removing cloaks entirely, you can remove your hunter class item COMPLETELY by using the Coutourier helmet. For some reason it removes the top part of all cloaks. If you use a cloak that doesn't have any other parts to it like the Legatus cloak. However my favourite personal use for it is to have a stylish afghan scarf effect by using the coutourier helmet with the Refugee Cloak. Throw in Veist Fieldscale camo and you have yourself the perfect camo afghan scarf look to compliment your hunter vibe. Oh and this effect is intentional, because on the Whisper Of The Victor cloak, the cloak is still actually visible but it's folded down and hanging behind you. This is the ONLY cloak that has this up/down hood behaviour that i know of. If anyone has other examples please let me know. I only have limited transmog options available as a somewhat casual player and i've missed some seasons. Also your Eververse calculations are WAY low because that doesn't include any of the event items that are only available to see in the store during their related events, and there's a fuck tonne of items for silver for every event these days (that's the only thing bungie bothers to update for the event every single time it rolls around, unlike, y'know... the gameplay, or content at all). If you include all the event sets and emotes and finishers and items etc, including the halloween masks that actually cost silver (why the fuck would anyone pay REAL MONEY for a halloween mask you can't even use the rest of the year????) then it would probably be double that amount.

The turn around robe thing is most likely because the physics for the cloth is turned off when not on screen to save resources, and when it gets reactivated, it causes that. It is very common in many games.

The word has been said that way by Drifter during a Gambit intro and by Shaxx (or Saint, I don't remember) during the mission to get Devil's Ruin, yet the vast majority of players still pronounce it incorrectly by using a hard G

Fun fact - it USED to rain in the EDZ from time to time, but Bungie removed it along with a bunch of random scannable items for some reason. It's really sad too, they all added some much appreciated flavor to the world.
fun fact about the weapon facing different directions for kinetic and energy slots. you can equip some of the old gambit ornaments on the season of the deep weapons, which will make some of the icons face the opposite direction, since the original weapons the ornaments were made for were in a different slot

10:10 It happens with just about any still characters with free physics fabric. If u have a wide enough fov, you could look at the very edge of the screen of a player in the tower and youll notice eventually the idle animation stops and theyre completely still. Looking them back resets them and also causes the fabric stuttering Been like this since D1, oddly, despite the the fixed FOV
The Accident Counter in the Hangar resets whenever a guardian dies in the Tower. I've never seen it higher than 3. I fell off the platforms trying to explore for secrets, and when I respawned, the sign said "Days since last accident 00"

Odds to get a 5/5 roll on a playlist gun with additional perks (i.e. for double perk roll, assuming both columns have 2 choices): No additional choices - 1/9072 2 perks - 1/2268 3 perks ~ 1/1046 If you want to min/max your time with trying to get the exact roll you want, I would recommend saving your vendor engrams until you have reset that playlist's rank twice. Going from 1/9072 to 1/2268 is a MUCH greater difference than from going from 2 to 3, so if you wanted a bottom dollar, reset gambit rank twice (ouch) and then focus it a bunch of times (at that point you should have between 30 and 40 engrams, let's say 35 for argument's sake) and never play it again. Odds to get a 3/5 roll for same situation (main perks + barrel. that's all you need imo): no additional choices - 1/648 2 perks - 1/162 3 perks ~ 1/75
The L1F3R MK. 24-7s visible perks were win every crucible match as soon as it starts. Increase damage. One shot any raid boss. And finally this gun has the ability to grant 3 wishes you may not ask for more wishes 💀💀💀
A fun fact i just realized is that the hive ghost you get from legend savathun's spire makes a silly noise any time you open its menu
