Just started playing Scum for the first time today. I have 20k hours in Ark so I know my way around survival games but Scum certainly has a steep learning curve for a noob. Idk how you fools can play that soul sucking game ark for that long. I think I had over 1k hours into it and I just couldn't go on.
@silverpandaws6230 ngl, I never got into it once when it was big. Now looking at the game so glad I didn't spend an hour on it. But I got 2k hours in other survival games soooooo. I mean, PZ is phenomenal

Im glad I could help. The more you know about Scum the easier it gets and then you have way more fun.
to make an skin quiver u can use a puppet skin for an extra 3 slots. also asap craft a bone needle. That is essential to making a thread spool to repair the gear.
Thanks for the tutorial! I came from 7 Days and figured out how to make a knife and axe head, but couldn't hold both and couldn't figure out how to craft anything beyond that. After a few hours I got frustrated and quit. Thanks to you making this video, I can have another go at it, and hopefully make it further. Not much for multiplayer, definitely not PVP.

I haven't played in over 2 years... looksvlike the game is really progressing nicely
What it looks like is they finally giving us what they said they would 2 years ago when puppets opened doors/entered windows 2 years ago for the whole half a weekend it was implemented on live. Same bugs though and if the hot fix today don't correct it then, sorry not sorry, wack. If it the hot fix does correct it plus the comical puppet spawn/despawn then, sorry not sorry, good job. Periodt

Any specific reason on why to craft the 20# bow and not the 35# one?
Great tutorials no feedback to you personally but some for the developers; Toilets no longer work as toilets, same goes for fridges, some toilets show up as fridges :D improvised bow stabilizer does not craft ( disappears after crafting… great game!
This is a very good video, I bought the game and got frustrated with the UI and trying to loot. Seems like I needed to do more crafting instead.

I built a quiver but one of the grids is red so I cannot add arrows. I don't know what is going on.
You have to look at the durability of the items you use when crafting something. Use the clothes that you start with for rags instead of puppet clothing
So 3-3-3-3 is the best starting setup mate? I see many people suggests like 4-3-1-4 or 5-2-1-5 since agility level up quickly and STR and INT seems to be the hardest ones to lvl up. Thank you for the great videos!
It gives you 4 440 000 Skill Points from the start so changing any of those numbers wastes a lot of skill points that you can get for free. Taking any skill at medium is a waste because you can get there in game easily

This game is really fun, I’m surprised it’s not as popular as Day Z
after spending 3.3 hours wandering around brainless, i now have a better view and how to do things.

I stopped playing scum for a bit than felt like playing again... A solder broke open a door and floored me... That there was like a Terminator robot in the bunker in another run... Things have changed in this game...

Do feathered arrows with either stone or metal tips make any difference or not cause dont usually see scum youtubers make arrows like that mainly the wooden ones with no bird feathers or scrap metal tips or stone
Stone and metal arrows do more damage but also take more materials. Feathers can be hit and miss to find enough to make sufficient number of arrows. Also, archery levels up quicker with wooden arrows as you have more overall hits than other arrows.
Yes they do make a difference but I usually skip stone tipped arrows and go straight for metal.
What are your servers?

The new Zombie dynamics are stupid and unrealistic.....Z's jumping on roofs, through windows and breaking down doors wtf? The Devs are making this game so unenjoyable for solo's imo. As soon as you trigger a horde in any town, unless you are looted up there's simply very little escape! You end up having to sneak around every town and its so painfully slow to loot that it becomes boring. There was so much they could have done- Like boats, rafts, other vehicles. This update could be the end for me!
So its difficult for you to run away about a 100m as soon as you trigger a Horde ( so as soon as you hear the horde sound ) and come back 2 mins later when they are gone
