Thank you for the recomendations
Welcome! Thanks for watching
Thanks guys, that was handy.
Welcome! Thanks for watching 😄
These are excellent hike recommendations! Thank you! I was also hiking in Switzerland last September when it snowed! Yikes! I was not prepared with correct gear, so with only three days left on my trip, I decided to hop a flight to London and pay respects to the Queen. Also, great job doing the Murren via ferrata guide less.
Thanks for watching! 😄
This video is awesome going in two weeks from Rome
Thank you! Have a great trip 😄
EL CUATRO DOS Y UNO HERMOSOS
This video was soo useful! I have a quesion still. My brother and I are travelling in next few weeks for a weekend, basically we would like to see for a start couple things like Oeschinensee and Interlaken , something close each other. What can we expect from weather , what do you think guys ?
Keep an eye on the weather and check any online webcams that are close to the areas! Have a great trip
really torn between renting a car or not for our 14 day trip coming up. Starting out in Zurich and slowly working down to zermatt and then leaving from Geneva... Any recommendations?? rely souly on trains and public transportation? or go for the car!? Hearing so many mixed reviews on what to do.
Do not rent a car you do not need it. The trains and buses are awesome. Get a Swiss Travel Pass and save alot on the fares
does the swiss travel pass cover the gondola fares mentioned in these 9 hikes?@@ygm_dom6702
Hello, my name is Sara. Nice to meet you. Are you also planning to travel to Switzerland?
What month were you in Switzerland and doing these hikes? We are planning for late March but think snow will still be covering. Thanks in advance!
September. Snow will definitely be around up high!
How was it flying a drone in Switzerland?
It was incredible!
what time of year were you there?
The first 3 weeks of September☺️
How bad is the drone situation in Switzerland? I'm worried every place I go is going to be ruined by people flying them.
We didn’t find it bad at all but I always go away from everyone when I fly to be as discrete as possible
Tried purchasing the travel guide but for some reason it wasn't working
Uh oh! Thanks for letting us know. I just tried it out and it seems to be working fine on my end. Did the link not work or what happened?
@@madetoexplore When I tried entering my payment information, a error came up and said that it couldn’t process my request. I know it’s not my card because I just used it after the fact.
@@k-9ramm0delilah86 we just purchased a guide and it seemed to work just fine. Maybe try it again or a different card? Thank you for your support! 😄
@@madetoexplore Thankyou. I tried it again and it worked.
Hello, my name is Sara. Nice to meet you. Are you also planning to travel to Switzerland?
Is it legal to camp on any of these hikes?
Switzerland has specific guidelines which include wild camping above the tree line. You also have to be a certain distance away from trails and buildings I believe
www.myswissalps.com/accommodation/camping/wild/
Excellent hikes for beginners, but of zero interest for anyone who wants to die and come back. I want to die and come back. And there and a 1000 trails that'll get you there. None of these mentioned here. Still, Switzerland is the place to be for sure.
What makes you so sure you’ll come back?
@@madetoexplore I'm not. 🙂
It becomes almost a parody to see yet another couple diligently trying to infect us with the love for travelling and making millions for themselves in the process... but the ship has sailed. It would help to have something interesting and unique as opposed to being a faceless copy of other channels...
Or maybe it’s just your negative and narrow minded perspective?
@madetoexplore your video was excellent ❤l. Thank you for all you're videos.
@@billman692 thank you so much! 😊
No they aren’t wrong lol😂
Must suck being such a bitter person, can’t imagine genuinely thinking like this
Thanks for the hiking recommendations, this is a big part of the Switzerland puzzle I've been trying to piece together for my 3 week trip in October. The hikes will determine how I plan each stop along the way. I'm curious though...did you guys not buy the Berner Oberland Pass to travel around the region? It would have saved you a ton of money in travel expenses.
Welcome! Yes, this is a much cheaper way to travel around the region but we typically like to rent a car because it allows us to be a little bit more flexible with our schedule and also allows to go places that are t accessible by public transit
@madetoexplore aah gotcha. That's the beauty of traveling through Switzerland....many different ways, itineraries, places to visit. Subscribed..... safe travels!
@@cfpzona very true! Thanks you too
