In 1972 when I was twenty, I worked in Dierks Arkansas but lived near DeQueen. I got off worked and was driving back to DeQueen, when I noticed an Arkansas state trooper on my bumper in my review mirror with that Mountie hat on. I glanced at my speedometer and it was sitting on 80 mph. I slowly decreased my speed hoping he wouldn’t notice my trick. When I hit 60 mph he lit me up. I got a ticket. I’ll never forget it!

I got off worked and was driving back to DeQueen, when I noticed an Arkansas state trooper on my bumper in my review mirror with that Mountie hat on. I glanced at my speedometer and it was sitting on 80 mph. I slowly decreased my speed hoping he wouldn’t notice my trick. When I hit 60 mph he lit me up. I got a ticket. I’ll never forget it!
