First, your home is an unsuitable environment for sugar gliders - keeping them indoors is going to be nothing short of cruel! Their community, fresh air, climbing trees, and anything other than peering out of a cage is essential to these guys, so keeping one as an indoor pet is nothing short of inhumane!

These reptiles are native to Australia and survive best in the Savannah, woodlands, deserts, and scablands. Their survival instinct is to avoid predators by burrowing under the ground. They are legal to own in most parts of the world, so if you genuinely want to own one, you’d have to relocate to a place other than Hawaii!
