Black Swan Cygnus atratus Bombay Hook NRW Delaware. This species originates from Australia/New Zealand. 4/23/2024 I took these photos and video during a birding trip to Southern New Jersey, and North-Eastern Delaware.
Every few decades a black Swan makes landfall in the Americas. Some experts believe that this is an escaped Swan from a private collection or a zoo. Some experts think the swan is from Australia. I cannot say where this swan came from.
