Go back 200 years, before the Unity team, the Night Hunters, and the great Entity war. 13-year-old Dillan Lee is a farmer on his family's farm. Dillan never wanted to be a farmer, but he did want to be a blacksmith. However his father Joseph Lee disapproved of this, so Dillan at the age of 16 runs away from home to find a job as a blacksmith. What are his plans while he's there? Make a sword, enhance his power, and get revenge.

Why did he become evil? How did he get his powers? and the source of his motivation is he couldn’t achieve his dreams at 13?
He was always evil, or never had the best intentions, but he really started acting like this after he killed his mom (on accident.) He was born with powers but made the Sword of Fire to enhance his powers. And... I guess you could say that's his motivation. His real motivation is to be the most powerful person in the Land of Embers.
