The point of the this exercise is to make AGI open source , how you do that is in court. If that happens the outcome will open source the code , REGARDLESS OF THE VERDICT
I dont understand, if the verdict of the court is that he looses, then would that still make AGI open source ? Or...
He's positioning himself to be the leading thought leader, on A.I. Musk is shrewd, mixing business with ego, to the perfect balance.

Then you don't know jack shit about the lawsuit or the law. The entire lawsuit has been mocked by countless attorneys as not only are the claims nonsensical but OpenAi responded by releasing Elon's emails which themselves contradict many of his claims. At the outset, Elon offered to run OpenAi & to merge it financially with Tesla. To which Sam Altman & others at OpenAI said said no. Consequently, in 2018 Elon took his money & left (which is is his right to do), believing OpenAI couldn't succeed without his money. But OpenAi was able to find alternate funding and along with creating a for-profit subsidiary, not only did the company survive, but it thrived. And with the release of GPT-4, the company became a household name. Now Elon is exceptionally butt hurt, because OpenAI succeeded without him. And thus, his nonsensical lawsuit. 🤣🤣 One of his main complaints is that OpenAi created a for-profit subsidiary which his own emails now show he encouraged... Typical thin-skinned Elon, wants the best for humanity, but only if he is at the helm. 🤦🏻
@@neorock6135 obviously it’s bigger than that. He wants AI to be open source. If the conversation began as AI being open source, then Elon is right, AI should be open source and hopefully that’s what this lawsuit will help to do and yes I did know the background.
