I'm so used to all my sensations and thoughts and anxiety that a panic attack is a joke😆 I look forward to them. Its impowering
Im curious if you still get panic attacks even tough ur nonchalant about it , as far as i know the more you dont care the more ur less likely to get a panic attack
I love this!!
So pretty much, people are afraid to die!! It's inevitable! Just have to accept the things we have no controls over. I'd like to just get past this icky feeling I have all the time... This fogg in my head constantly!! I just don't feel like myself at all!!
Thank you soooo much shaan 🙏
Shaan... Clarity is so my word and need for the past year!! Yes!!

Would love to hear more about developing both clarity and confidence.
I am understanding anxiety better now but during setbacks, my thinking changes 🤭 My biggest symptom right now is restlessness and impatience which I know are anxiety offshoots. Any advice on how to specifically deal with this? I feel like moving all the time , even if I am resting or in bed. It is so hard to focus or stay still and even eat food, or watch a video without feeling the need to move or use my hands etc. It is like my body wants to flee or I am crwaling out of my skin. So so annoying !
I know what your talking about it when I'm in bed I'm ok is when I'm up can't seem really comfortable sitting relaxing as you say you want to flee but from what yourself that's how it makes you feel..shaan saying if you know someone that recover from it would be good for you but I don't know no one at the moment none my friends or family is going through this but me so I just got online ones at the moment far from where I live to talk to for support this guy has been through it and lucky to have recover so you wonder where your going wrong.
Those were early symptoms for me. Not setbacks. Being that restless for me was indication of high anxiety. But either way you have to resist doing what the anxiety wants you to do. So be still and calm and fully embrace those mental feelings telling you to move. Don't give in to them
Thanks
Hello Shaan wow this was mindblowing. I Just find youre video's and i have the same feelings etc as you had. Its going better and need only more tricks to do it. I have the same symthoms as that you had. I was scard for a lot of things and now it became less and less. Sorry for my english. Greetz from Holland
What was some of your response to your anxiety I had up days and down but having a cold with it without taking cold medicine is hard
I wish to do but I ve enough money but your video helpful
Make a video on how to response to intrusive thought
I wish the mentorship wasn't so expensive.
How do u stop the physical pain mean while 😢
Who else here having anxiety that feeling like the symptoms of ms or fibromyalga,,it's torturing
Make sure you get everything ruled out by your doctor!
@@anxiety_recovery i got a bit elevated on my t4 normal on my tsh,,why do i feel bad just after shower even though it is warm bath or shower,
Two things. Address sleep anxiety and how lack of sleep makes things difficult. And what if your panic is so bad, you can't do a face to face meeting with you for mentorship? I can do audio or email.....:)
I think a big step would be that you face that fear of face time meeting. You will feel empowered afterwards
Sleep anxiety is a tough one and my anxiety is high when I have a bad day. But over time it goes down. But in general you have to release any hope of controlling your sleep. Just accept the anxiety that comes before sleep and embrace it. Practice acceptance instead of trying to sleep. It might just be you end up sleeping.
I need someone to talk to about my health anxiety, there’s some days I feels better and today I feel like I have setback, couldn’t sleep so well with my heart racing fear to my emotions, only slept 3-4 hours

I was there and it was awful. I ended up getting some meds to help with sleep and it aided my recovery.
I've been dealing with anxiety since last year now I have health anxiety I'm having chest pain everyday and chest discomfort most of the time I'm afraid it could be a heart problem but my xray and ecg result came out normal and my cardiologist said I have a healthy heart and it is just a cause of acid reflux she even told me that I don't need worry about my heart because I am young and there is a low risk of having a heart issue. But everytime I'm having chest discomfort my anxiety triggered.
This is me now...I have health anxiety and had to do test...my palpitations is crazy and I worry all the time.
I understand you so much. I'm in my early 20s and think the same way. Any remote chest discomfort and it sets my anxiety off even though I know I have nothing to worry about
I have been there. It's hard not to fear it when you're in high anxiety but learn to understand acceptance and gratitude and that your heart is keeping you alive. Thank it don't fear it. It will subside over time.
I really enjoyed your video and the information given but not a fan of the upsell…
Hi Shaan,, Great video, but have to disagree with you, Got anxiety 4 years ago, managed to overcome it myself, Now forward on being hit again. and this time I'm finding it very difficult, and depleted, So for me second time is a lot worse,
Mee too. Had anxiety and i overcame it myself. Two years later the same. This was really traumatic for me, never came out The thing is: how did you came out? In my case I don‘t know. I think my approach was totally unconscious and maybe luck. Maybe the same with you? Did you really accept 4 years ago? Didn‘t you really worry about your anxiety?
@@anjac.6817 Heya , The same as you. not sure how I done it, , This time finding it' difficult. , Just keep holding on to. you came through it before.and this to will pass,
What did you do the first time having a cold with anxiety is hard and not being able to take anything is harder
Hey Shaan, about falling back in you said that we’ll never fall in once recovered because we would know what made us fall in but in my case I have no clue what made me fall in the cycle. My first and second panic attack came from nothing. Can I get further clarification on you saying that we won’t fall in because we know what made us fall in? Thank you Shaan
According to claire week symptomes will be there when ever u have stress but recovery is thy dnt matter any more cause u know the pattern..and u dnt afraid of falling in..cause u know the way out..
The response to the panic attack is what matters.

I am understanding so much by these videos truly
Hey shaan. When one is mentally stressed nutrition plays a important role. Say things like food intake low/ high . Changes happen. Which again chains to digestive issues. So what could one do about food in the journey of recovery . Can u make a video?
Is chills an anxiety symptom or not?? All paraclinics are normal... I had stomach churning but now it is chills
Yes. Your body is sensitive to cold. I think cold showers helped me. Does trigger anxiety in short run but if you accept that anxiety it can subside over time.
Does anxiety cause heart palpitations?
Yes
Yes...I had to go to a Cardiologist because of it. Waiting on my results
I know you asked this question a year ago but absolutley! I think most people will say it's their number1 symptom.
