Trippier is just a cut above all the defenders we’ve had in the past 5 years, he has so much quality which stands out like a sore thumb in this team
5 years?! You can count the clubs Trippier wouldn't start for on one hand. We haven't had a player like that since Shearer. ASM might be more influential on our scorelines and Bruno might be a more exciting prospect, but in terms of simply being one of the best in his position Trippier is the stand-out player in our squad.

Saint-Maxima finally has some good support. I'm so happy for him. He's been working so hard trying to make do with what little he had. But always seemed to give his best. That's class mate!!!
Impressed with Howe so far. Fitness levels are sky high compared to the Bruce days, he's given the team confidence not to give up after a goal down, we didn't park the bus to play for a point after equalising and didn't even stop fighting after going 2-1 and 3-1 up. Improvements in the likes of Joelinton (though work to be done) to get more out of him in a new role. All round great work so far, let's keep the wins coming and stay up. HWTL
