  • One of my favorite players of all time. Almost even made me a Charger fan as a kid living in San Diego but thank goodness in hindsight that I ended up choosing the Rams and Steven Jackson after watching them play the Chargers for some absurd reason when I was that age and stuck with them lol

    • Good choice. I stuck with the Chargers and we were disgraced with the way they left SD. I don't watch NFL anymore, but I do miss the game.

  • LT. was *that dude* whether you were a chargers fan or just a fan of the sport. He was always exciting to watch and deserved all the praise he ever got. IMO he is Mr. Chargers!⚡️

  • Big 41 Lorenzo Neal!! Best blocking FB ever. Who ever was behind Neal was rushing over 1,000 yards that season. He was an absolute beast. LT even had Neal speak at his HOF enshrinement

    • I like to view or look at the the 2006 Chargers as probably the best ever NFL team to not win a single playoff game, one and done is what happened to them, but the Chargers have always had a legacy of shooting themselves in the foot in the postseason.

  • Wow what a great blocking multi-pro bowl Fullback Lorenzo Neal. After Neal left, LT couldn't cut it as a singleback, yet he was a great I runningback that could catch and throw the ball so he had more value in that regard. Curiously Turner the Burner had a fraction more yards per carry than L.T. over his career but keeping L.T. was the right move, only the Chargers should have realized he needed a great blocking fullback to keep the motor going.
