i am a Fingerprint (2019) - A character profile documentary on my roommate.
I had the opportunity to direct my own film this semester. The task was to make a character profile documentary about somebody, to explore their character and show to the world what they represent. I pitched the idea that I wanted to make it about my roommate Nnamdi.
I chose him because I thought that his outspoken personality and personal beliefs were something worth showing to the world. I also saw this as a great opportunity for me to explore his character more than what I already know about him.
This is a personal film. There is a certain aspect to this film that speaks to my view of his character, as well as his character in general. I hope that there is something you can take out of this film. :)
