I purchased the exact same machine for my business 7 months ago. From a company called "Chuanbo information technology" in China. It has given me nightmare. The machine didn't operate properly for more than 2-3 days. I have tried literally everything, I used the "customer support line" I followed their instructions to the core, I changed 4 engines, nothing. Every time different issue. The total cost include shipping was over $12,000. But that is not even the biggest problem. I have wasted over 200 working hours on this machine. Cleaning and maintaining, cleaning and maintaining, replacing engines, welding wires... talking with support (which don't speak English so it make everting harder) nothing. It has been seating in my shop for 7 months and gave me nothing but nightmares. If you are business owner who consider it, RUN AWAY!
