A beautiful soul always keeps it's beauty, it can never be lost and it can have a greater and more positive impact on other people. I have so many times met people in my life, that one wouldn't call "beautiful", but their minds, their personalities, their soul were so radiant. iF you want to 'meditate' but find it difficult, here is a 'trick' one of my Teachers taught me" First, find a place that you can use consistently (the Mind 'likes' that repetition); if you can set a timer (on your phone?) for one minute after slowing your breathing, hit the timer and then Center on watching your breath.....do this for about 3-5 days - ONLY for one minute! THEN, set everything up as before but first tell your Mind,"Hey you did a 'minute' meditation, right? Can you give me another minute?" The MInd knows that it can do one minute so, you're just adding a 'minute'to the minute you did before.... so you do TWO minutes for 3-5 days.........then repeat, adding 'just a minute':)
