    • Because using the pillow on it's own would cut off air circulation for the laptop.

    • @@mrop2mystyk803 i use a pillow all the time and you can fix that issue by just moving the laptop forward, left or right depending where the air circulation hole is until the hole is no longer covered

    • @@aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa1261 The question was "why couldn’t Vicky just use the pillow?" and as a tech, we advise against doing so because of the potential of blocking the air intake vents which greatly reduce air flow, allowing temps inside the case to grow to damaging levels. If you choose to use a pillow and have had no issues, that's wonderful but again, most techs would advise against it.
