Something i forgot to mention in the video is that you should wait 1-2 nights between each time you do it, because otherwise he'll only have around 300 groschen. honestly i am not sure how it works either, but i got the war horse very quickly like this after id finished the tutorial.
a fun idea just crossed my mind, what if he regains his money quicker if you don't take his dice? i'm gonna try and reload the save i used in this video a few times, and i'll edit the comment if i get any results.

oh yeah i was unclear about that,, no, he doesnt have the exact same amount everytime, but it's usually atleast 300. but if u come back once every night or two, inbetween quests, you'll find he has alot of money almost everytime, on my previous playthrough i came back once every 2 nights or so to save and get myself a pretty chunk of groschen while i was at it, so whilst it isn't a crazy money maker, it's basically a passive income after you've just finished the tutorial and want a nice chunk of cash right off the bat.
