The Toyota Tundra has many positive qualities, but it's interior hasn't really been one of them. The Toyota Tundra's interior is fine, really, but simply being fine isn't good enough when you're competing against Ford F-150s, Chevy Silverados, and Ram Trucks. The Toyota Tundra needed an interior makeover, and the Tundra 1794 largely addressed that. But Toyota went one step further with the Toyota Tundra 1794 Limited Edition: they gave it the Tundra TRD Pro running gear. So now, underneath your luxury pickup, you've got a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. But that STILL wasn't enough, so Toyota covered the inteior in baseball glove leather, so it looks and feels (and smells) fantastic. And that's what makes the 1794 Limited Edition truly limited, the fact that it's an ultra luxury truck with a Tundra TRD Pro underneath... well and the fact that they're only making 1500 of them. Got another video coming soon from the normal 1794. Gas mileage after a three hour mixed driving trip was just over 20mpg with the iForce Max. Not bad for 583 lb/ft of torque. Currently in the Toyota Sequoia Platinum TRD Off-road and drove from Atlanta to Orlando for Disney at just under 20mpg. Pretty good numbers for an engine that strong. Driving in Eco mode isn’t bad and returns over 20mpg pretty consistently.
This is the Range Rover of pickups. Almost no one is taking their $150k SUV rock crawling. But it is reassuring that you can drive through any terrain if you needed to. Nobody wants to pay $150k for a "fake SUV." Same here. I prefer the looks of the Denali Ultimate. It just needs the AT4 suspension. Ha ha ha.
Agree. When I found out that you could get the TRD Pro suspension with such a nice interior, I was sold. Super cool setup
